What a great place! The staff are insanely nice. The food was better than I expected, since I don’t usually like BBQ (I went for someone else’s birthday dinner). I would definitely dine there again.
I’m in Syracuse native so I’ve had dinosaur barbecue many times the last time I went I went with a huge group of my family that was here from Florida and from Georgia. It was pretty tasty, but we had to wait a really long time and it was very hard to hear in the restaurant, but that is clearly the atmosphere. I would have to say my favorite is the cornbread and the shrimp.
Park slop constantly disappoints when it comes to food. But just know I’m NOT talking about this place!!! Amazing food, amazing hospitable staff. I thought I was down south for a minute.
