The location is beautiful and really large. Even with reservations you have to wait in a line which was weird but went by fast. The chocolate xiao long bao was the best dish by far. But everything was good
The food was delicious and amazing and the staff was great too but there was one special person name Nevaeh who was outstanding for her personality an amazing person in and out can’t wait to come back just to meet her again!!!
I had high hopes for Din Tai Fung given all the hype and slick marketing, but honestly, the experience was underwhelming. The food was mid at best—bland, uninspired, and far from what I’d expect from truly flavorful Taiwanese cuisine. It felt like they watered everything down to cater to Western/white palates, which is a shame because Taiwanese food deserves so much better than this.
