Music, atmosphere, drinks, service and views were all top notch. Highly recommend.

I did not give 5 stars for the food because the bed of veggies was extremely salty. I wasn't able to eat it but the server was able to swap it out for something more palatable for me.

Went there for en jazz experience. Music and the artist was great, I really enjoyed the show, also atmosphere is very nice. But I can’t say the same thing for service and their behavior.

We were there 15minutes early, but because of the queue we admitted in around 30mins later so we missed the beginning of the show. Because of the wrong queue system they are using, many people that were behind us has admitted before us and got better seating (because it is first come first seated) I had to watch the show sideways almost nearby the entrance. Even people that didn’t have ticket got better seating because they changed location of some other guest. I specifically told that my wife is pregnant and needs more decent seating but nobody cared. When I tried to order french fries they told me kitchen is closed.

Definitely not going again.

08.15.2025 I had the privilege of being part of and share a Magical Music Experience 🙏🏻✨️🎵.
Ms. Morgan James, the Amazing singer and her High Quality Band 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 performed the beautiful songs of Mr. Johnny Mercer.
Thanks so much to the intimate jazz club 🙏🏻❤️, to all the staff, especially Miss Meghan and to the Wonderful Artists.
They love what they do and believe in the Power of Music like me.
I wish that Ms. Samantha Iorio could collaborate with Ms. Morgan James.
They're so similar.
Powerful voices, quite nice ladies, great charisma and dedication.
I admire them a lot.
God bless them.
I hope to be back sooner or later.
07.23.2025 I've never been in this well-known place though I read positive reviews. Here I would love to see Ms. Morgan James, Ms. Aubrey Logan, Ms. Haley Reinhart, Ms. Chrissi Poland, Ms. Heidi Burson and a lot of singers from all over the world. The list is long. Many artists deserve wider recognition 👏🏻👏🏻. I recommend listening to Ms. Samantha Iorio. She is a powerhouse performer and has a great experience. She is reallyborn to sing 🙏🏻🌟🌟 and she should give live shows here.

We reserved table seating for *Isaiah Collier & The Chosen Few*, but upon arrival were mistakenly directed to the bar area—despite having purchased Table Seating tickets. The mix-up appeared to stem from a persistent disconnect between the IT department and ticketing operations. Fortunately, Kayla—the attentive waitress—stepped in after we presented our receipt and promptly ensured we were seated as intended.

As for the performance, Isaiah Collier offered flashes of truly beautiful music—moments that revealed his depth and artistry. Unfortunately, those highlights accounted for only a small portion of the concert. The set was largely dominated by a drummer who's relentless, overbearing style felt more combative than musical—at times bordering on auditory torment. The bassist, while steady in presence, struggled with consistent intonation and frequently played flat. The pianist, though technically capable, leaned heavily on predictable motifs that lacked originality and emotional resonance.

Isaiah Collier is a remarkable artist with a singular voice. It’s evident he would shine even more brightly with a supporting ensemble that better matches his nuance, sensitivity, and expressive range. Despite these issues of dissatisfaction, we'd happily return in hopes the IT/Ticketing issues are resolved.

The jazz here is very good and they bring in good performers often. My only complaint is that the $21 per person food and drink requirement is a little bit steep and they could just increase the price for tickets.

Atmosphere and service are great but the food is overpriced, especially since the portions are very small

The music is great. The staff unfortunately are pretentious and unhelpful. Unlike some reviews say it is NOT suitable for a date or romantic night. Read the rest.
We arrived 40 min before the show so we could get a table to ourselves. We were told that tables of two are for donors only (that's new) and we need to share with someone. At this stage 80% of tables were empty.
I told the staff that this is our anniversary and if they could help us have a table to ourselves we'd be grateful. They sat us at a table of four and said if one of the donors is no show they will move us. Within *minutes* they brought over another couple and sat them with us while 80% of the tables were still empty... We were shocked. Not only that, but also three of the donor tables never filled up, and many tables of four ended up with only two people sitting at them. In short, they did nothing to help us and in fact did the opposite of what we requested from them. Cherry on top of the cake is that they visited so infrequently we couldn't order everything we wanted to and ended up having to make a stop at the whole foods downstairs to get something to eat.
To the staff: please save the fake outfit compliments and congratulations to yourself and actually try to be helpful. To the manager: you have some work to do.
We are not going back. Stay away or go only if the music is worth all the other inconvenience and rudeness.

How can Dizzy’s justify presenting a Quartet who played elevator music, sometimes uncoordinated, venturing into Pink Panther at times. Ok they warmed up towards the end of 70 minutes but it was far from satisfying.
Americans jazz greats include any of trumpet, saxophone, stirring vocals. No such joys tonight.
A few in the audience bobbed their heads furiously as if to make themselves enjoy, most were immobile, a few left early.
It’s a great venue, but don’t trust the musical director to ensure quality.
Extremely disappointing.

Love going to Dizzy’s! It’s my favorite Jazz spot to go too. As an avid jazz fan and musician myself, this is the best place to be at.

First of all - people who perform there! Amaizing! Jazz music played by professionals who put their heart into it. Service without any double professional and friendly. I only can't give max points for food because both dishes we have orderem were a bit to salty.
But I didn't go there for food :-)
