Awesome breakfast spot!Delicious, friendly and good prices.We found this spot on our last two days before fly back home But picked up some bagels with Egg and bacon for the way to the airport.Coffee is hot and tasty!I hope we see us again in few years when we are back in NYC ?

We went Thursday, March 14, 2024 for happy hour and the doors were locked! No sign on the door explaining why! Nothing! Private party I don't think so! It was pitch black inside. It was supposed to be the kick off to their St. Patty's Day celebration. We called the business number listed and there was no answer. Disappointed.

Tried to go to happy hour on Thursday 3/14/24...there were advertisements for a st Patricks day celebration. When we got there, the doors were locked!! No sign explaining why. Just locked!! We were not the only people confused. And dinnerless

I created a yelp just to write this review. I have come to this restaurant on three different occasions because I believe sometimes, you can have a bad day. However, every time I come here I am consistently met with the same issues - bad food and bad service. It is clear that they are not ready to serve to the public. The wings were a soggy mess. I have never described chicken wings as soggy before. The burgers are dry. Clearly frozen food you can just make at home. Additionally, service is slow and the staff is always so rude. I am trying to support a local business (especially because the place is always empty), but every time I come here, it seems like they are actively trying to drive customers out. From the bartenders, to the waitstaff, to the manager, I am always met with hostile, confrontational, and mean vibes.

Will never go back. The food was absolutely horrible, essentially frozen food. The manager is EXTREMELY rude. Staff rude about splitting checks at the bar. Drinks priced at NYC prices.

I've been to SSG twice once with co-workers and this past weekend with friends. Each time everything was excellent! Our server, Steve was great and Nicole went up and beyond for us! The food was very tasty and cooked properly. My favorite were the wings! I will definitely come back.

At first we were always skeptical about selling from mobile food trucks. Luckily we found this one and dared to try it out.- The preparation is fresh to order- The portions are generous- The prices are very fair- The operator is very friendly and remembers his customers- The price-performance ratio is simply great.We can recommend DJ's Breakfast Spot without reservations.
