Although the atmosphere is lovely, the service was terrible. We waited for 20 minutes for anyone to come to our table to take our drink order. Drink orders took another 15 minutes to arrive. Don’t bother with the bottomless mimosas as no one comes around to offer another. Food was incredibly slow to come too and even to pay the bill I had to hunt someone down to pay. The table next to us said it took an hour to get the dessert they ordered. They were livid. Awful experience and do not plan to return or recommend to others unless significant service changes are made.

I came here from Maryland and loved the ambiance! The food was also so good. We got the seafood pasta, lamb chops, sweet heat wings, calamari, Brussel sprouts & asparagus. Everything was 10/10. We sat at the bar and Anthony served us. He had great customer service. Would definitely come back.

Decorations are nice. No music was playing. The place is apparently new? But everything is falling apart. One waitress running around doing everything so we don’t blame her, but the food took soooo long to come out?!? The appetizers and drinks were good but definitely not worth the price. Took about 45 minutes to be seated with a reservation. The host up front were very polite and apologized for the wait. The food and drinks were great but the food was overpriced.
If you like to eat and drink in peace, I would suggest to get a table away from the wall with the large letters spelling out the restaurant that's straight ahead as soon as you walk in. It was a popular location for people to take their photos all night and you may even have a few people ask you to take their photos in the middle of you eating.
If you're a content creator this is the place for you.

Like everyone the videos on tik tok and instagram bring you to this place. When you walk in the floral photo drop is right in the stairwell leading to the restaurant which is inconvenient for people passing and people trying to get a pic. However the decor and restaurant is pretty and is a decent sized place. Upon entering there was no host this was a Sunday so luckily we saw our party otherwise we would’ve been just standing at the from which a lot of people had to do! Without the DJ the music is really low and the vibes are kinda stale. The waiter had so many tables she was stressed but tried her best to not show it the drinks were okay wasn’t loving them. Everything is pretty overpriced in my opinion but the quality was acceptable. The vegetarian options are slim you’re trying to not eat fish or seafood. However the Brussel sprouts were really good! Overall it was okay cause the company you’re there with but the experience was lacking organization was flawed and management was doing 1000 jobs due to being understaffed. Great picture drops but the price tag and experience was just okay to me.

The atmosphere is beautiful. My friend and I were excited to have an early lunch. We were sat right away for our 11:15am reservation. We sat for over 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or came back for our drink orders. In the meantime, the nearby waiter walked around our table to avoid our eye contact and took the time to take a group photo of the table next to us. Another waiter was kind enough to bring us water and spill it on my menu, but when we spoke to him he didn't say anything and never came back. I'd completely understand if the tables were full and kitchen was behind, but as I mentioned, early reservation. After the nearby table got their meals, a waitress came over and we were able to put in an order. Out of what we ordered and what was available, the calamari was very good, sweet and crunchy. The chicken wings were cold. If I were to go back, I'd probably go for drinks at the bar.

I recently visited Docks Off 5th and had an amazing meal! I tried the Lobster Bisque, Salmon Sliders, Lobster Tempura Sushi Roll, Caesar Wrap, Linguini Seafood Pasta, and Seafood Fried Rice. Every dish was incredible—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was just as impressive, with a unique vibe in every room. I’d definitely recommend it for birthdays, a date, or a girls' night out. A perfect spot for any occasion! Highly recommend!

Everything was good until then but we were literally kicked out from our table because they “needed” the table for a large party. The table next to us was seated way before us and they were not told to move. We weren’t even finished with our drinks. Literally no accommodation for basically being kicked out.The waiter offered free shots on the house and we didn’t even get that. VERY disappointed from the service here. On top of that, the bathrooms are for both men and women. NOT safe at all. When brought to the attention of the Manager all he did was offer the free shots again like that was going to change anything. Horrible service. Would not recommend. The manager did absolutely nothing to make us satisfied. Will never come back here again

Oh my God, the decor, the food the music on a Thursday night was just amazing. I went for Galentine’s with a group of six. We had the ribs, the lobster sushi, the calamari steak watermelon martinis. All of the food choices are delicious. I would highly recommend for a date as they were many couples. Or as an outing with friends or for brunch. This is a totally Instagram restaurant. The decor is on 10. They have so much photo worthy spots in this restaurant and our waiter was just amazing. Would definitely be going back and highly recommend.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if it’s Wheelchair accessible as it has a long flight of stairs to get down to the restaurant I would recommend calling to ask if there’s an elevator
