FOOD was trash. Cooked with no seasoning and barely any food on the plate. I had lamb chops meal with boxed powered mashed potatoes no seasoning and cold asparagus. The meal was pricey no seasoning and nothing on the plate (can feed a bird and they would still be hungry). Waste of time and money. The drinks were good and the decorations of the restaurant is nice. DONT COME HERE TO EAT TRUST ME.
The food, was pretty alright. However , it will misleading as, the intended seasons that was mentioned on the menu was simply not there or very light, for it price it's not deserving of its value. The music was extremely loud, to the point conversation was enjoyable, and the music was very overstimulating. Inside of the restaurant was too dark, it was hard to read the menu , that I had you use a flashlight. The service was very poor, as it was hard to get a waiter/waitress attention—I had to ask 3 different waiter for one thing, it was awful to keep shouting or tapping to get an waiter/waitress attention.
We should have done a bit more research on this one, but we were given the recommendation since it was near a theater where we saw a show. You cannot hear the person next to you talk with the volume of the music. The service was awful with the exception of the bartenders and hosts. The food was overpriced - our salads and soups were good, but that was the extent of it. It's more of a nightclub than a restaurant, so if you're looking for that then you'll be happier than we were. It's probably perfect for a teenage girl's birthday party (which there were plenty of), but not at all worth the money.
Definitely one of the most decorated and instagramable places I've ever been! Very beautiful. Food was good but very limited menu. Drinks were fabulous!
Food tasty! Ordered rigatoni vodka sauce and sliders with shoe-string French fries. Bad vibe there. From receptionist who meet you to waitresses and waiters as well as bartenders nobody seemed happy. No one smiling or interacting with each other. Very noticeable from the moment we walked in. Service awful. Our waitress took our order and within five minutes went on.”break”. A male waiter helped us through the rest of the meal. Whole thing seemed strange...... why would she take our order and then go on break. Also found a long black hair in our french fries. Just gross. Finally, when I received the check it had toward the top added a 18% gratuity. The amount was no issue because I leave at least a 20% tip. Not sure why they do this. I would think certainly some customers would not notice it and leave an additional 20% tip on top of the 18% tip that was already on the check. Christmas decorations at the restaurant were outstanding. Don't think I'll be back though.
Service was less than acceptable. We feel like it was a lack of organization between manager and staff.
Waitress was super rude. We never got drinks, let alone refills, never received the majority of our orders. The waitress told us very rudely that she will get to it and never returned. The hostess had to check us out, refund, and apologize for the horrible experience.
Arrived for our 8:00 reservation and wasn't seated until 8:30. Then waited 15 more minutes for a waitress. She took our order and we waited another 40 minutes before I asked about our order. People all around us had been seated afterwards, ate, and finished. They claimed something happened with our ticket and then ended up comping the meal, which I appreciated. However, the whole experience was a waste of 2 hours and really put a damper what should have been a fun night out in New York.
We saw our waitress one time when our food was delivered. Never saw her again. Ordered a glass of wine. Was charged $20 when it tasted like an $8 grocery store wine.
Great place to have a meal after going to Radio City. Very unique entrance and decor that is cozy. Our waitress/bartender/hostess was just the perfect person for her positions. She was welcoming when we first entered, very attentive when we ordered and checked back periodically. Food was very good. We had the sliders which just right and the sticky ribs were wonderful. Man at table next to us also had ribs and commented on how great they were also. An order always needed. One suggestion is if a person has a disability best to go in by way of the Double Tree and use the elevator. Long, beautiful steps down for a person with disability. However, restaurant will gladly open elevator for up.

This was our favorite place we had dinner while visiting NYC. The environment and atmosphere was so fun!! The food was great from the salmon to the burgers and service was top notch. Highly recommend.
Food was regular cafeteria food. When it was brought out it was cold. Pricey. The place had minimum to no heat. We had 3 servers. The one who made our experience something was Naya. Place is very nice for pictures but that's it.
the food, amazing, the vibe, immaculate, dope musinc playing in the background, overall a great experience
This is a MAJOR skip! Don't let instagram-able ambience fool you. The food is horrible. We would rather eat hot dogs from a street vendor.
food was horrible, and the service was horrible. Really nice place though. Good for pictures.
