I was at this establishment today at around 10:40am and I got two mozzarella empanadas one ground beef empanada and two pieces of fried chicken !! I am very disgusted and disappointed the food has upset my stomach and to top it off my chicken was raw completely raw that’s very unhealthy and unsanitary I want a refund I payed cash And I didn’t even receive my receipt!! I will be reporting this!

Absolutely love their food. Their ham and cheese empanadas is SO cheesy and has lots of ham. This is my go to spot for empanadas because of how much filling is in them. The mangu is also really delicious, I wish the cheese was bigger slices (they were diced up) so it kind of got lost with everything. But still overall delicious. Super affordable, quick service and fresh food! Can't beat that!

Came here around brunch time before catching a matinee and was happy to see some of my childhood favorites! To eat I got the dos golpes which is basically tres golpes without the salami since I am a vegetarian. The flavor and texture of the mangu was perfect and the cheese was fried to perfection. This mangu was neither undersalted and the texture was creamy without being watered down. I also had a side of the yaniqueques which is offered as five very thin pieces so it's not has heavy as it sounds. My partner got the rice and chicken with beans and tostones. He was very happy with his order and has mentioned returning several times. If you find yourself at Essex market check out Dominican Cravings!

A Caribbean influence found in the Essex Market, Dominican Cravins has some unique dishes I have never seen before. Their pink sauce is to die for (and it’s definitely not that viral pink sauce trending on Tiktok a few years ago).**Rating:**- Taste: 9/10- Value: 8.5/10- Ambiance/vibes: 7/10 - its located in essex market.

The patacon is not good. The yaroa is good but they are very cheap on the portion.

Tried the Yaroa, not a traditional dominican Yaroa but taste really good - 4 stars because of the small portion

Tried three different kinds of the empanadas and they were fantastic! The guac was also very tasty.
