Shame on me for ordering here. Constantly missing sides and add ons like sauces, soda, utensils etc. annoying and disappointing. Hope you like cold food.

I never appreciated this Dominos location until the new Pizzahut opend across the street. Comparing the two, Ill stick with this Dominos which Ive taken for granted.

The service here is A1 !! Mr Santana really makes everyone who comes into the place feel as If we're at home , he has the best customer service . I love his personality and how helpful he is when it comes to me choosing the food option I may want . as Long as he's there I'll keep coming back !!

Being in NYC eating regular pizza from big name chains that are across the country isn't right to me..with so many pizza parlors...this domino's is different it clean the food is fresh..it taste so much better here then what's being serve at other domino's across the country they chabge something...this location on Amsterdam...I can't speak for the other domino's shops in this city...I can only speak on this one with the coupon deals online...staying open some nights 1am or 2am on other nights it's great

Most of the time the pizza is decent. Today it was burnt. Not the first time it's been burnt. Rabi hung up the phone as I requested my refund. I had to call back for him to rush me off and say I'm getting a refund. It's like there service declines more as the time goes by

This has to be the worst experience ive ever had. if i could rate 0 stars i would. the manager doesnt care if this shitbox burns to the ground from horrible customer experiences. the worst customer care i've experienced after we never even received our delivery order. the delivery driver couldn't even comprehend basic english skills to locate our address which was confirmed over a phone order. pizza was NOT delivered and yet it says it was on the safari tab on their website. they took our money without care and dont have compassionate or even english speaking workers. i have nothing against people who aren't english speaking but you need to be able to do the job. after trying to get ahold of this "restaurant" they continuously say their manager isn't in. you'd think if you had a manager that was never in and didn't do his job that a business wouldn't succeed... and you'd be right. i FINALLY got ahold of the manager after putting in a corporate order complaint and he hardly saved face by calling me back and asking what was wrong. he said his system didn't recognize my phone number or my order number. who did i talk to when i placed that order? a ghost? who took the money out of my bank account? santa?he said he would call me back once he "looked into it" but upon calling the store back after days of no response, they said the manager was out of town for TWO WEEKS on vacation. unbelievable. he said he couldn't do anything and that only a manager could.... and he could give me a free pizza in store when i continually told him i live OUT OF STATE. he neurotically asked how i could have possibly ordered a pizza from their location as if we don't have planes and cars and we humans are incapable of travel. I will never service this dominos again and its utterly pathetic and sad how little they care to support their own business. maybe take a business 101 class at your local college to brush up on some tips you desperately need. in case you need a briefed version: THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT GIVING YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED AND ARE COMMITTING PIZZA FRAUD. STAY AWAY ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE 100% DISAPPOINTED GUARANTEED
