I am a frequent ordered of dominoes. Today, I ordered Dominos through Uber Eats, because through the app they choose not to come upstairs. I left a tip and paid a delivery fee. Instead of using an Uber delivery person, they chose to use their own delivery person & they called told me to come downstairs. I let them know that I cannot physically come down stairs & he said that I needed to. That they would not come upstairs & my order would be cancelled after waiting almost 40 minutes for $50 worth of food & marked the order as “completed” on the Uber App
Super unprofessional I will never order from order establishment again!

The gentlemen taking the orders has a history of having a bad attitude towards customers. He use to work at the dominos pizza at 108th street in Amsterdam and he had almost the same attitude as he had this morning. The guy cutting the pizza and boxing them up had more of a friendly attitude compared to the other gentleman.

do not go to the dominos on 125th unless you have actual patience because i looked on the screen and it said that my food was ready then when i asked they said it isn’t ready and that i have wait mins you i ready waited 30 minutes and the. you have to pay extra in order to get one more side of sauce

I usually order here ans have a good experience. However, what occurred tonight annoyed me. It was a little after midnight and my doorbell rung. Everyone in my household was asleep. No one ordered anything. Like it’s too late to eat lol. The guy (idk if he was from uber eats, doordash) came to deliver food. Me nor anyone in my household ordered anything. We were all so annoyed being woken up from our sleep. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DELIVERY PEOPLE READ THE CORRECT BUILDING NUMBER AND APARTMENT NUMBER to prevent this from happening. I even tried to call the Domino’s directly to tell them, but they hung up on me :/. Hopefully this mistake doesn’t happen again or to anyone else. Thanks!

This place really disgusted me this afternoon. After a hard day at work, I went to get pizza for my family. I saw an overflowing garbage can whose contents were all over the floor. I mentioned this to a worker at this location but they proceeded to ignore me. I usually don't file reviews but I just want corporate and potential customers to be aware of this locations' customer service and hygiene.

Guy at the register was very rude to all customers. Then he gave me the wrong pizza and didn’t want to change the pizza. SMH he even got mad at a young girl because her card declined. And refused to wait for her brother to bring her cash. This guy looks like he was Arabaic or maybe Indian. He was very nasty he might have been a manager or supervisor I’m not sure, he is on the heavy side though.
