Domino's Pizza

Paid for extra mushrooms and this isn’t even a regular amount, you all are really playing in peoples faces.

I called to place an order and the person who shipped today 06/11/2024 hung up on me because I don't speak English well and it was not cordial at all. This happened around 5:45 pm, I hope they improve that, thank you

Sent dinner to a friend. It was never delivered. No explanation. Tracker said "complete". Disgusting.

I paid $40 for 1 medium pizza and one order of wings. Tipped more than the app recommended because I know my nephew is autistic and very specific. I put a note in the comments and everything. I have pictures. I’m coming in tomorrow. I want my money back.

I’m not sure why this location is rude, they yell at you for not being downstairs. And talk to with aggression & hostile manner. I wish when I order another store can grab my order but since this is my zip code I automatically have to deal with these rude ppl. If I show to their store yelling I doubt they would like that? I told the guy I’m an adult just like you, why are you yelling at me. He continues to scream through the phone “I TOLD YOU TO BE DOWN STAIRS, I CALLED YOU ALREADY”. I jus stood quite on the phone I jus want to feed my kids

The food was good, but the service was horrible. I called and asked for specials, price and its like the employee did not want to answer me. Then after i ordered and got the price for my pick up he just hanged up rudely. He did not tell me the time frame to pick my order or Thank you. I called back to ask how long for my order another person picked up and told me 15 mins. I get to the location to pick up my pizza and the employee says to me that was you asking questions. I reply yes i want to know what im getting and i mentioned you hanged up rudely. He does not address it or apologize just hands me the pizza and my change kind of like throwing the change in my hand. I say Thank you but besides an apology atleast i dont even get a Thank You! Thats baddd customer service. Hope no one else has to deal with that.

Gave me ranch chicken wings and I told her I want Garlic Parmesan. She got very combative and said she doesn’t make mistake very rude.

I don’t know if it was the delivery person or someone at the store but they are extremely unprofessional and listed my food as delivered on Uber eats when it wasn’t. I could see that he never even came near my home as I was tracking him via the Uber eats app. I called and he had an attitude saying I wasn’t home, when in fact I was, he just never rang the bell outside, he told me he “doesn’t have time for this”, sir you’re being paid to delivery pizza, you do have time. He started yelling and cutting me off and hung up me. Please get rid of this location it’s disgusting to its customers.

Barely cooked breadsticks for my 4 year old and my buffalo chicken sandwich was just rush entirely. My worst experience at this dominos location !!!
