It made me nauseous it wasn't made properly and looked over cooked I'm pretty sure someone new made it the texture was off and griany this is the worst pizza that was ever made from this location .the sauce on it also was never this texture before everything even the cheese was off badly

I ordered online and somehow everyone else’s ordered were ready before mine, the tracker in the store. Says it was ready and still took another 20 mins this store is ridiculous

It is an unhygienic place, they do not use gloves, the pizzas are not fresh, they have been made for a while, they only heat them up. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni when I got home and the pepperoni smelled bad for a long time being outdoors, the pizza was all dry and the place was not busy. They told me a 15mn wait, very bad place

I went to the one on 109 & 3rd ave. Arturo was working by himself. I ordered 12 medium 2 topping pizzas for my grandsons summer camp. He made those pizzas quick. I delivered them to the schoolyard where the BBQ was. The kids was happy and I made it back to work on time. I was on my lunch break. Arturo was the Man that day, running the show solo dolo. Bless him.

Placed an order with over 7 items around 11:00pm after arriving home from a long flight. Whole family was starving. My order never arrived. Called the store trying to get some information and after spending over 15 mins on hold, I was just told that "the driver is on the way" and was hung up on. I have to admit my own fault for not choosing the store on 116th St. as my default store.
