It is an unhygienic place, they do not use gloves, the pizzas are not fresh, they have been made for a while, they only heat them up. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni when I got home and the pepperoni smelled bad for a long time being outdoors, the pizza was all dry and the place was not busy. They told me a 15mn wait, very bad place

I went to the one on 109 & 3rd ave. Arturo was working by himself. I ordered 12 medium 2 topping pizzas for my grandsons summer camp. He made those pizzas quick. I delivered them to the schoolyard where the BBQ was. The kids was happy and I made it back to work on time. I was on my lunch break. Arturo was the Man that day, running the show solo dolo. Bless him.

Placed an order with over 7 items around 11:00pm after arriving home from a long flight. Whole family was starving. My order never arrived. Called the store trying to get some information and after spending over 15 mins on hold, I was just told that "the driver is on the way" and was hung up on. I have to admit my own fault for not choosing the store on 116th St. as my default store.
