Do not order from here if you don't have to. The customer service sucks and they are totally unprofessional. I requested that the driver come to the door to deliver the pizza and he called me up when he got to my building to demand that I come down. I explain to him that my buzzer worked and he hung up the phone and left. When I called the store they hung up on me three times.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service today. When I called to place an order, I was told they were too busy to take my order and was directed to order online instead. While I understand that busy times can be challenging, I felt the response was unprofessional and lacked consideration for customer convenience. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as experiences like this make me hesitant to order again

Avoid this place. I rehearse 2 doors down and wanted buy pizza for my band. When i entered I realized how chaotic behind the counter was and it seemed like random people were there uniformed, yelling at each other. I ordered and they gave me wings instead. I confronted them nicely and the older man with long beard called me stupid. I was shocked as I had never been treated this way. I am going to call the corporate and make a complaint.

They food is always cold and even despite that i still order. After being a long time customer there was an error one time on the apt number. I didnt think nothing of it till the next time i tried ordering and they refused to service me food, i couldnt believe it. All over a one time error. not worth the money AT ALL! Terrible service!

It has the unmistakable Dominos flavor, the place is mostly takeaway, so there will always be a table available with a power outlet to charge mobile devices and air conditioning to cool you down a little on summer days

The last time ordered from This Dominoes location on Stanton Street my pizza along with desert and appetizer comes smashed. The delivery guy the last time literally smashed my delivery in my face being that he felt my 20% tip on a card was not enough for him. I always tipped cash and on the card.I did not make it a big deal, but after three times it’s unacceptable. I called the location to speak to the manager and he did not want to rectify the situation properly and sent the delivery guy entered to my building illegally without my authorization and harassing us on my ring Doorbell camera. Which I have recorded.

I ordered 1 Large pizza with 3 toppings and it was really ugly, the tomato sauce seemed to be raw. It's the first and last time I buy a pizza here at Dominos...we left half the pizza, it couldn't be eaten...they should improve the flavor
