This place is very special, we came the first time when my wife was pregnant with my twins, the pizzas are delicious and they always have promotions, ask for the promotion of the day.
Our favorite pizza is the Hawaiian

I will never be ordering from this store again. They messed up my order 4 times. They order Sausage and Bacon pizza, a cheese pizza, Brownies and Cheese bread. The delivery guy came with cheese bread and cheese pizza. After I told him what I was missing and he told my receipt. He said he will be right back. He came back with other cheese pizza. I called the store for a refund, the lady was so rude and told me I can’t get a refund. She bought another delivery guy at 9:30-10:30pm to my house. After the fact I told her it was late and I didnt want the pizza anymore. The guy was Banging on my door like he lost his mind. He bought me the wrong pizza again and the pizza was extremely cold. That I hard to throw it always. The brownies was hard and cold. I will be contacting corporate about this store.

Horrible management. I ordered my pizza online to go pick It up in person. Online it showed me my order is ready but there was no staff at the cash counter. After waiting 10 mins the cashier cannot find my order and she prints my receipt and tells them to make the pizza. They were just making orders and putting them in boxes without their order numbers and so they messed up a lot of orders. It was a chaos. After waiting 40 mins I asked for a refund and the cashier was straight up ignoring me, pretending to look for the pizza and type something on the screen. I told her 4 times for a refund. Finally another cashier came and after asking him for a refund he says my pizza is in the oven and packs it and hands it to me. My order was never made or it was picked up by a delivery person, since they did not have receipts/ info on the boxes, all the orders got messed up and their staff was absolutely not helpful and ignorant.

I ordered the large pizza with beef, olive and green peppers and it came like that with barely any meat! If I wanted just cheese I’d have just ordered it. Always greedy when it comes to toppings portions 👎.

Food - Pretty good for the price, generous portion.
Service - Very prompt, and the guy was nice enough to give us a box for our leftovers that apparently he isn't supposed to. No one wants to carry a giant pizza box so thank you. They should just give it to people, do better Domino's.
Atmosphere - It was empty. I liked the decorations and the screen that tells you when your order is ready, it's convenient. They have no public bathrooms, annoyingly.
The manager behaviour is extremely rude and he Don't know how to behave with customers.As a manager he should know first how to behave.

My first dominos experience in USA and i was a bit surprised when i intended to buy a singular lava cake in the very late evening, only to be charged about 10 USD for it which completely rattled my brain. Then when i got it, they gave me three freaking pieces, and now i knew why. It was actually really good though. Maybe even better than Australian lava cakes.
Customer service isn't really all there, but i dont really have expectations for a fast food joint like this, they were just doing whatever.

Good folks who are super busy. Whoever runs this place should hire a few more employees instead of overworking the ones they have... But the workers are all doing a 100 things at once to make the experience relatively smooth.
