Serious Hygiene Issues & Deceptive Pricing – Avoid This Place!
I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The hygiene standards are unacceptable—my pizza had hair in it, and they got my order wrong. Instead of a sincere apology, the staff acted as if they were doing me a favor by correcting their mistake. Worse, they prepare food without gloves, frequently touching the trash can, order screens, and payment equipment without washing their hands.
On top of that, their pricing is deceptive. A large 5-topping pizza costs $12 on their app, but if you order at the counter, they charge an outrageous $40. They also try to nickel-and-dime customers by charging 20¢ for chili flakes and parmesan, which are typically complimentary.
This place has potential, but it’s being run poorly. Until they improve hygiene, pricing transparency, and customer service, I can’t recommend it.

The tracker will you show you a 38-48 min max time to prepare and deliver, but an hour into your order, the tracker won’t have even moved past the “prep” step. If you try to contact the store you won’t be able to get through, because they keep the phone off the hook. It’s been an hour since I ordered and there’s been no progress, so I’m not expecting to receive this order. Awful customer service, do yourself a favour and do not order from here.

I’m normally happy here, but last night I paid for sauces and have screenshots of the orders and all, and they wouldn’t even bother to look, he said he couldn’t give me any, I’d been going here multiple times the last couple weeks leaving all good reviews. It’s a shame he laughed at me and started talking the employees, and I couldn’t hear what he said, walking away from me and ignoring me.

Honesty is key. This is a great location for the pizza you know and love. They follow the special instructions if you put any in, and the order is just flawless every time I go there. They get it ready before I can arrive half the time, even it’s well done.(per instruction.)You will not be dissatisfied. Great job team!

Only Informationen about the delivery was a 30 minutes slot. Waited all the time in the lobby and found the Pizzas finally already placed in the lobby to early without any information and of course cold as ice.

We ordered sandwiches. One was a buffalo chicken sandwich which had only 3 - 5 morsels of chicken for one half hoagie roll, the other half has no chicken -- it's basically a hot sauce kind of cheesy taste but no meat. :( When I called to report it hoping to get a resolution, the individual said he personally made the sandwich and was accusatory and argumentative. :-( I walked all the way the shop to show them the sandwich and ask for a refund. They refunded me $2 :( and angrily pointed out 3 little bumps/morsals of chicken on 1/2 of the entire sandwich.
I've written customer care. If there's no resolution and a proper refund, this will be our last Dominoes order ever.

Disgusting people with rude attitude and no manners at all. All asylum seekers is working this please . They picked up call and make me hold unlimited time frame and when called back again they rudely behaved and dropped my calls said wrong placed ? please don’t make order. I’m going file a report.

They are very disrespectful I called to make and order for delivery to a rudimentary building 2 blocks away and he rudely said that my location is to far for him and immediately hung up very unprofessional and didn’t fully speak English well this is a big problem with fast food chains they hire folks that don’t care to understand and don’t understand how to assist or assess the situation he completely blew me off and not to mention again I’m 2 blocks away from this dominoes location very disappointed and disgusted today and I’ll make sure to let my fellow colleagues family members and friends as well

I am a returning customer but constantly disappointed with carry out. Three guys will be behind the counter and no one will acknowledge you after you’re inside for several minutes. It will also say your order is ready for pick up, meanwhile you are watching them put it in the oven and they say “5 more minutes.”Horrible customer service, great food though.

We’ve only ordered twice from this place and the pizzas have been average at best. The second time, they not only left out toppings from the order, but got the manager to justify it (who seems to be confused by what customer service is) and said we should call them next time to remind them of adding what was already selected on the app!!
