They just charged 3 people in a row incorrectly 8:48 pm First guy in the red suit had to ask for his receipt Second guy in blue suit had to clarify he only got one slice not 2 Third guy (me) they almost charged 19.50 when it was $14.50 Cashier very rude There’s no reason to give trash service when it’s 9pm on a Wednesday with no line This place used to be good, this what happens when your location is too good without good service -

I’ll make a few things clear:
1. Yes the pizza is amazing 2. Yes some slices are hit or miss 3. Just don’t order the hit or miss slices
Best slices: Meatball, Sausage, White Pizza, Buffalo Chicken, Pesto.
For some reason the cheese and pepperoni slices do not feel or taste the same as others. With that being said, go for the chunky slices (but the Sicilians are sometimes undercooked in the middle, dry on top). So anything triangular and thicc are a must have.
But again, 5 stars because the good slices are outstandingly awesome. I literally cannot stop coming here. One slice is filling, and can’t complain about the price.

This place has legit pizza. Every time I pass thru penn station I get a slice or 2. This pizza is better than anything near where I live. A true NYC gem.

The regular lady cashier around 6:45pm is extremely angry and rude. I did patronize the shop regularly and use an electronic pay app. I don’t like to hand my phone off to anyone and she knows this. Tonight, after asking, politely, to tilt the cc terminal so I could reach it she did not. I know it tilts further toward the counter top because she has done it before. Tonight she decided to leave the terminal unreachable. I walked out. They are lucky to get the transient traffic because most tourists/non regulars don’t realize they can go downstairs for a slice.

Don Pepi Pizza in New York Penn station is located in the right place for quickly grabbing a slice before you dash to catch a train. I had a slice of Chicken Parm. It was delicious 😋. I had never had chicken parm which was so crispy outside and so soft inside. I was relishing each and every bite. The staff is quick... A bunch of people taking orders, one of them ringing the transaction, the only time you wait is for the pizza to be heated.. There are vegetarian options as well.
The workers are really rude there I have no idea why the short cashier lady always has a attitude with someone

Pizza has gone downhill in quality - along with that 4 slices with topping and a soda / water 38 dollars. Kinda disappointed this place was a mainstay for a few decades until recently for me.

This place is proof that you can have BAD pizza in New York. It’s true! They try to get rid of old pizza by recooking it. Unless you complain, you end up eating horribly burnt, day-old, pizza. Minus one star was not available. Horrible pizza. Stay away!
