The delivery was utterly ridiculous. We placed two bowls under my girlfriend’s name, but we received someone else’s. We called the restaurant and requested a refund or a replacement order. The representative on the phone was completely clueless and stuttered throughout the conversation. I’m never ordering from this place again, as I haven’t received my refund and the food order has never arrived.

I usually order from This place when I am at work as their food is just very balanced and more or less keeps the balance between healthy and tasty. I love poke bowls and type of rice it comes with. Unfortunately they don’t have an option to choose a plain soy sauce when you order it for some reason but generally speaking a solid 4/5

Attempted to order from here through DoorDash. $60 order with an estimate of about 45 minutes. After an hour and no updates, called to check on status. Evidently the kitchen hadn't started on the order at all and they had no estimate on when it may be ready for pickup. Waited another 30 minutes and decided to cancel. DoorDash only refunded $23 of the $60 for no reason at all.
Theft, scam are terms that come to mind. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a pick up order for 2 bowls. Waited 3 HOURS and still did not receive my order. Decided it was not worth it anymore to wait and just left. Money and time wasted. This is a ghost kitchen and they SCAM. You pay for food, they purposely take a long time to prepare the food so that you cancel and still keep your money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE!

Called back five more times before I got them on the line and the person on the line said the driver was on the way with my order, then she said that he was actually on the way to the restaurant from another delivery. Wasted a great deal of my time. Will not order from them again.
