Tried the “new” nachos. Yummy! I liked having something on each chip. And the prickly pear sangria marg was delicious!!!
Gotto was a great server- he was very friendly and attentive. We plan on going back again! Excellent food, reasonably priced.
We had a reservation for dinner prior to going to Hell's Kitchen at Shubert Theater. Our table was in the downstairs area, the temperature was warm/humid in the restaurant and the food was average. We had a good server and it was her first day.
I book here often for Executive lunches. Always availability, privacy offered, great apps, food is good, friendly and super accommodating staff. Casual but located inside a W hotel so super trendy. Great bar upstairs for upscale cocktails after your meal.
Carson (and Zo) took amazing care of us. My fav guac in NYC. We jumped off plane and raced to the restaurant
Basement dining room has a nice festive atmosphere but very casual. The cadillac margarita was very good, as was the guacamole. Food was the best part. Service was a bit choppy and the entrees and appetizers were not timed well, way too much food came at once. Prices are what you would expect in tourist-filled times square. All in all a decent meal.
Food and drinks were good, seems like maybe they need more help! Servers were great, but they were definitely working too many tables & didn't come back to check on us at all during dinner to see if we wanted another drink. The restaurant was boiling hot!! Almost unbearable. Please crank up that A/C for the sake of your customers & your employees!!
Kitchen was shut down and then they gave us corn tortillas and not the flour tortillas we asked and paid for. Just not a good experience
Website is very misleading. We went to the Times Square location and they did not have the list of tequila as advertised. They did not even have a menu with the Tequilla listed. That was our reason for coming to the restaurant. Tortilla Chicken soup was excellent, although we had to ask for spoons. Guacamole was very good but a rip off for $25. Sizzling fajitas were ok, steak was overcooked and portions were a little under average. I would not go back. So many Mexican restaurants in New York with better ambiance and food.
We had a great meal and great service! Food, drinks and ambience were all great and came out fast. Was very surprised how good everything was being right in the heart of Times Square. Perfect stop before our Broadway Show.

From the hostess to waitress to bussers, great service and friendliness. They were able to handle dairy, egg, nuts, shellfish and sesame food allergies really well - chips, salsa, chicken fajitas slightly modified. I had heard this location was busier (not always best for allergies) but we had zero issues. All others at table also really enjoyed their food.
Delicious food. Seasoned waitress quickly helped out our waitress who was training on her first day. Fun and fast pre-theatre.
The food here was surprisingly good. We went at about 4pm on a Sunday so it was not packed at all. Overall we had a good experience here.
It was okay. We happened to be in the Time Square area and wanted Mexican food. It filled the bill but was not great.
