We haven't been to a Dos Caminos in some time and never to the Times Square location. The staff were very accommodating and the chef even came to our table to discuss options for some of our group with food allergies. Come to find out a lot of the stables like their salsa and queso and even the seasoned rice have MSG (monosodium glutamate) this has not always been the case. They worked with us to adjust the foods we could eat and we were very appreciative. Sadly we will not be returning which is our choice to stay safe.
Food was okay. Kinda expensive. The server was making smirks the whole time and kept rushing us to order.
Should have checked but surprising a NYC/Times Square restaurant/bar closes the kitchen and bar at 9 pm.
Food was great, my hostess was great. They made my wife's birthday very special and memorable. We will be back again
Very convenient location close to theaters. I'm from Texas/Louisiana, so I am picky about margaritas and Mexican food. My fish tacos were delicious. I had a mango margarita that wasn't my favorite. Great atmosphere and I appreciated the price range.
Good quick dinner before a show. We arrived at 5:45 and had drinks, dinner and let at 6:40 with plenty of time too spare to get to our show up the road. I mentioned to the server, Carson, that we had a show and wanted to order drinks and dinner at the same time and he said "No worries, we know you're going to a show, no problem." Service was fast, Carson came back tot he table several times to check on us and ask if we needed anything else. The food was tasty, well portioned and the margaritas were good. Compared to a lot of the other sit-down dining options in Times Square, the price was good. $93 + tip for two drinks and two entrees.
Great food, (best salsa ever!) and service. Easy to get in and out before the theatre. Would happily return!
This is my go to restaurant for Mexican food at Times Square . They have a few special items on the menu and the service is always great and my reservation is always ready for me and it's right in the middle of the theater district.
The main floor dining area was small, cramped and loud. The host offered a table downstairs but we had an elderly guest in our party and the elevator was not available for public use. Great service, good food but the ambiance of this location is sub-par (compared to other DC locations in NYC).
We loved our waiter! Very attentive and charming. Food was good! The steak was very small though... So not sure I would order that again! Drinks, service amazing!

My daughter and I ate here before seeing a show. The waiter was so helpful in helping us choose our meals and everything came out fresh. My spicy margarita was delicious and the perfect amount of heat. Our server was so kind and service was fast. I highly recommend.
Reservations were honored promptly, staff were all gracious and waitress was very helpful with menu choices. Guacamole was excellent. Food was very good. Overall a pleasant experience
Dos Caminos is my go-to restaurant for a pre-show dinner! The food is always great and they have a nice happy hour.
Great first time here! Food was excellent, especially the mole sauce on enchiladas. Tacos were full and very tasty. Drinks were great, nice size. Atmosphere in dining room , downstairs, was dark and ordinary. You'd never know you were in NYC. Server was outstanding! And meals were timed well.
Perfect location!!! Drinks and food moderately priced! Try not to get a table down stairs, totally different vibe. Stay on street level.
