There is no restroom on the street level of the restaurant, only down a very long flight of stairs or going outside to only one of three elevators in the lobby of the hotel
This place was so good! Delicious Mexican food and so spacious considering it's in the middle of Times Square. We had a party of 6 and they accomodated us easily with our reservation and plenty of space at our table on the lower level. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious Mexican meal in NYC!
Food was OK. Service was solid but overall nothing unique. Still a good value while in NYC.
The food here is really great and I've enjoyed most of my experiences at Dos Caminos. I usually go to other locations though. My experience yesterday at the Times Square location was not great. The food was still wonderful, but the waiter kept forgetting things. I was there over 30 minutes before getting a drink and then an entrée was forgotten. At the end, our credit card was charged twice by accident. I know it was an accident, but it's still an annoyance since it was a very large group of people and a very large charge that takes two days to clear up. Overall, I will visit the restaurant again, but probably not that location.
Always a good place for dinner/drinks/apps that are affordable. And it's in the heart of Times Square. Recommend for anyone that likes a good Mexican restaurant
Slow service bordering on bad. Great tasting food. Mixed bag as it was kind of expensive for Mexican. I would eat here again though. Food and drinks were fhat good
I think the music volume level could be turned down quite a bit so you could at least hold a conversation at your table. Service was very slow, but the food was decent.
Great experience with good food! Our server Gotti was a pleasure. Quality of food and flavor was perfect and the service was excellent.
The food was not good- the service was horrible. The server pretty much threw the food at us and then spilled a huge glass of water all over the table and on me and did not apologize and grudgingly gave us napkins. None of dishes were bused . Would never go back here and never recommend
This was my second visit to Dos Caminos, and once again the meal was excellent. The chips and salsa were a great start, and the queso and burrito didn't disappoint. The margaritas were spot-on, and the service was both attentive and friendly. With its lively atmosphere and consistently good food, Dos Caminos is always a fun place to dine!

It was just too crowded and we waited 30 min just to get water. It took forever to get service. I know our waitress was trying hard but you definitely need more staff during the holidays.
Food was bland at best. I understand it was a very busy time of the year, but that shouldn't reflect on the food or the service. Our order was wrong. We never received what we ordered. Very disappointing.
We sat upstairs near the entrance. Food and service were great for a busy Times Square restaurant. The downstairs area was a little cuter and had better cantina vibes.
We walked out because no one would come to help us after we sat there for 15 minutes. The service was non-existent and there are too many other places around the wait for no service.
Great food and service! And location! Antonio was our server and he did fantastic job. We ordered guacamole and chips with salsa, soup, quesadillas and… Don Julio tequilas! 🙂 Everything was delicious. At the end Antonio treated us with some churros! I recommend this place for everyone who likes Mexican food.
