Walked in on a dead Thursday at 3 PM hungry and hopeful… walked out disappointed and annoyed. If you’re looking for bold flavor, value, or anything remotely spicy—turn right around and walk to your nearest Chipotle because this knockoff is not it.
I asked what the most popular meat was and was told carnitas. Got it in a bowl and immediately regretted not going to Chipotle. The portion size? Half. The flavor? Bland. Even the habanero? Not even close to spicy.
To make it worse, I had to chase someone down to even get that bland habanero. A worker was just sitting there doing nothing while I clearly needed help. But the second a young woman walked in, he jumped up like it was a runway show. 🤷♂️
Eventually, I got help from the female staff member—who was actually doing her job—and got my sad, flavorless sauce.
And don’t even think about using the restroom. Filthy. No toilet paper. No paper towels. I had to use my shirt to dry my hands. If you’ve got employees just sitting around, maybe have them clean the restroom once in a while?
My advice: skip the disappointment, save your money, and go to Chipotle. Bigger portions, more flavor, less regret and not a shame to Mexican cuisine and based on San Francisco Mission burrito. Take that picture down, you don't deserve it.

The location at LaGuardia airport is not the best. The costumers are rude and not approachable. There’s a reason everyone else’s line is four times longer than there’s.

The people here are so rude and do not accommodate for their customers , i come here everyday for 2 months spending 18$ a bowl and the portions they give are horrendous… they give one little scoop of steak , a little scoop of rice , then when you ask for a little more , its a problem , i will never cone back hete and the manager was no help . I want all my money back

Excellent vegetarian options. Similar to chipotle. In that you choose your ingredients. But taste is much more flavorful I got the Rice and bean bowl with guacamole, black beans, sour cream, tomatoes ? pico, chips, lettuce, cheese, onions ? and peppers ? ?️

Ordered Nachos for pick up and they looked so nice and appetizing on the pictures. Seemed very loaded and filling. Well it mainly came with toppings they put such a small amount of actual nachos! I think I only had like 6 nachos with so much topping leftover. Nothing was baked the cheese wasn’t melted. Meat cost an additional 7$ and it was a few bits sprinkled on. I guess not my expectation

Order online app charges $0.50 for extra tortilla but employees refuse to give it saying management told them not to , also give out small portions now , used to be good place
