This was one of the most degrading experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant — anywhere. At Dos Toros in Brookfield Place, a male employee decided to publicly humiliate me for not ordering the way he liked. He wasn’t confused. He wasn’t busy. He was just being an arrogant jerk, making a spectacle out of embarrassing a customer.
It was mean, deliberate, and flat-out abusive. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. It shows a complete lack of professionalism, training, and basic human decency.
The fact that this kind of person is allowed to represent the brand is pathetic. It ruined my day and honestly tainted my whole trip to New York. There are countless Mexican restaurants in this city that actually respect their customers.
Avoid this place like the plague.

Food was delicious. I ordered a steak quesadilla and it was delicious. Definitely coming back on my next trip. Employees took care of my quesadilla, it was very easy to order and fast, they did a great job. Thank you Dos Toros.

Been coming to this place for many years. It's noticeable shrinking portion of the bowls and burritos. Not just 20% less but 40-50%. Need to find a new place that is more reasonably priced if portions are smaller. I guess food and labor costs are going up, but the service is getting worse.

The portion size is smaller than it used to be. The food is not that fresh. Today it outright tasted bad, I think it was the cheese.
I can tell they have been trying to maintain their $11-12 price point, but it has come at the expense of quality. I used to go to this location every single day. The Chipotle a couple blocks away used to be worse, and skimped on portions, so I went to Dos Toros. Chipotle has since improved portion size and quality, and I will be going there.
I am a sucker for a good taco but I’m absolutely in love with these delicious salads in a handy shell! The location is clean and inviting; the service is impeccable. I highly recommend!

should get at least 5 stars for her helpful service and good attitude. The Lady manager helped walk me through the rewards on my phone app and was able to get the reward.
