The location at LaGuardia airport is not the best. The costumers are rude and not approachable. There’s a reason everyone else’s line is four times longer than there’s.

Always a big fan of dos toros, this one has great staff, etc, however it has no rest room, both annoying and illegal. If there are more then 14 seats then you are required to have a rest room in nyc. You should comply with the regs for your customers if not just to be in compliance.

One of the best takeout options around. The customer service is great, I order ahead and my items are almost always ready by the time I get there. If they're swamped, they'll prioritize finishing up your takeout order. Always friendly staff, they put in more effort than just trying to get you out of the door.

I’ll be honest here: this place serves the most benevolent burritos in town. A absolute handful of Burrito Sensei’s in there. I ordered the carnitas burrito. The differentiating factors versus Chipotle here are three fold: 1) Monterrey jack cheese can be melted on your burrito from the get-go, 2) simple but justice doing side ingredients such as seasoned corn chips IN the burrito, 3) friendly service. Case is closed. Go get your burrito from here!
Dos Toros is a triple threat: authentic Mexican food, excellent service, and a relaxed dining ambiance. The boss is constantly surveying customer satisfaction, and this “test kitchen” gets a 10 out of 10. The food is tasty, compared to similar options like Chipotle, except this place has an authentic taste. And the location is always clean, and the staff is kind and welcoming.

I cannot emphasize enough how no one from the Dos Toros marketing team has considered addressing the issue of the paper used to wrap their tacos. It's baffling that despite the numerous complaints, no one seems to be concerned about this matter. I, for one, cannot enjoy tacos when they come glued to a paper. I suggest conducting research to find the proper way to wrap your tacos for deliveries. It's frustrating to see this oversight persist.

Dos Toros is the go-to option for my team when we order lunch catering. I love working with their Catering team -- as an EA they make it so easy! The morning of our delivery I had to increase the food by 20 people and add a ton of chips and guac and Brianna was like "no sweat, no prob." She is so so great to work with always!! The food is great and I like that its all GF (bc someone always asks). Thank you, Brianna!
