The woman who rang me up at the register at the location in Urban Space by Grand Central called me a “cona” in Spanish thinking I didn’t know what she meant because I am Asian, and I know, and I also confirmed it on Google. It is basically the c-word. So I called her out and she said she was talking to a friend on the phone, not about me, but she wasn’t wearing an earpiece. I gave her the dirty eye and told her she better watch what she says because you don’t know who understands. She then tried to kiss up to me after I called her out, but I had already seen her ugly underbelly, so I told her to have a lovely day.
Disappointing and stale donut for $6. Don’t waste your money or calories
The best donuts in NYC! ? Fan since my first visit to the city. His staff of 10. Manuel you made my day! Your shirt will travel to Madrid and I will always remember your kindness. Thank you!
$5.65 is very expensive for a donut so it better be the best donut ive ever had. Unfortunately, this donut is way too thick/bready and left me very disappointed. I bought it out of curiosity and was very disapointed. Maybe they can s***** tourists. Their plain glazed was just not worth the calories.
Nutella donut which is not or it has been reworked.
It's not bad but you don't get the real taste of Nutella.
Hibiscus doughnut was good but tasted like a regular glazed doughnut. Store opens at 8am and NOT 7AM. I had to wait 10 mins. past 8am to order and buy a doughnut as the morning shift worker started displaying the doughnuts then.
I also tried their apple crumble doughnut which was good. The glaze tasted differently in a good way.
Underwhelming. Looks like a sweet brioche.
Delicious donuts with an excellent variety of flavors!
Fantastic donuts ? ?

$5.50 for a stale donut is absolutely ridiculous. I got there around 2:00 and the donut was just dry and stale like a loaf of bread or something. Maybe you have to get here earlier but don't charge people close to six bucks for something that isn't very good.
These doughnuts are super bready and cost more than $5 a piece. It’s a bit much and does not leave me wanting to return.
Good glazed doughnut. The glaze was delicious, the texture is more dense and cakey, but very soft.
The doughnuts look amazing! Sadly that's the only good thing that can be said about them. They were not fluffy light doughy doughnuts, but mostly like bread... flavorless bread. Very disappointing, especially considering how expensive they were. My wife and I bought 2 and it was over $11. After a couple of bites we felt like throwing them out. $6 of doughnut ended up in the trash.
Got a doughnut 2 days in a row now and they were both stale, very thick/overly doughy. Not good and not worth the $5 because they tasted like chunky flavorless bread. Disappointing because I’ve had their doughnuts from their Chelsea location and they were wonderful.
