The woman who rang me up at the register at the location in Urban Space by Grand Central called me a “cona” in Spanish thinking I didn’t know what she meant because I am Asian, and I know, and I also confirmed it on Google. It is basically the c-word. So I called her out and she said she was talking to a friend on the phone, not about me, but she wasn’t wearing an earpiece. I gave her the dirty eye and told her she better watch what she says because you don’t know who understands. She then tried to kiss up to me after I called her out, but I had already seen her ugly underbelly, so I told her to have a lovely day.

Disappointing and stale donut for $6. Don’t waste your money or calories

Worst Donut I've ever had. It did not taste fresh and was almost $6. Do not recommend.

Wasn't that impressed with the donuts despite all the great reviews. I found them to be bland and the pastry was dry and not really flavorful. The cashier was nice and gave us the halva for free but honestly it was NOT good. I feel DD is better quality.

$5.65 is very expensive for a donut so it better be the best donut ive ever had. Unfortunately, this donut is way too thick/bready and left me very disappointed. I bought it out of curiosity and was very disapointed. Maybe they can s***** tourists. Their plain glazed was just not worth the calories.

Though Dough certainly has some creative flavors, it seems to me like the flavors are hit-or-miss. The first donut I ever had from Dough was a dulce de leche, and it was the best donut I've ever had. This box of four was more misses than hits: the passion fruit was tart, which wasn't what I expected or wanted from a donut; the chocolate-covered one was fair; the blueberry lemon one wasn't as berry-flavored as I'd hoped, and also was on the tart side; and the Nutella one was the best of the bunch (the group of five of us all agreed).Other than the flavors, I think Dough has nailed the consistency of their product. Each donut has substance and thickness while still enjoying an airiness and fluffiness that cake donuts don't offer.I'll probably just stick to the dulce de leche flavor from now on.

I wasn't particularly impressed with this donut, which somewhere between a cake and a yeast donut --quite heavy, almost angel-food-cake like. The frosting was a little heavy too. I had a mango coconut one, which didn't really taste like either. The husband had the cafe au lait, which seemed a little more flavorful, but it's hard to not be when the flavor is "coffee." I'm not sure if I'll try this place again, or if I'll just keep searching for a better NYC donut.

Had a sweets craving and boy did this satisfy it. We got the ube cheesecake and the chocolate with cocoa nibs and they were absolutely scrumptious. The filling on the ube cheesecake was so good. Each donut is ginormous and super heavy though so we were only able to eat half of each! The dough is very dense and chewy which I loved. Would love to try the other flavors!

To be very honest, I was told it was one of the best doughnuts in the city, but I don't think it was that special, it tastes just like any other doughnut with frothing on top. I tried the mocha one, since it was recommended by the lady working there. Also, there was a fly over the doughnuts, the display is open from the inside and the Urbanspace entrance is nearby; I did not mind as much as my friend, who decided to not get anything.

These donuts were amazing! We got the ube cheesecake and the dulce de leche. I loved both! Dulce de leche was much messier but worth it.

I finally get to try the Strawberry Shortcake flavor. It was good, but I wish there were more frosting. It did remind me of the classic strawberry shortcake ice cream bar.The mango coconut on the other hand was lacking. It didn't remind me of either mango or coconut because everything was so light in flavor.

$5.50 for a stale donut is absolutely ridiculous. I got there around 2:00 and the donut was just dry and stale like a loaf of bread or something. Maybe you have to get here earlier but don't charge people close to six bucks for something that isn't very good.

These doughnuts are super bready and cost more than $5 a piece. It’s a bit much and does not leave me wanting to return.
