This was a great find for a busy Sunday in NYC! Everywhere was packed and we wanted good food. Came here and were able to order right away and sit down. Menu is extensive and everything looked really good. Food came quick. I got the chilaquiles and my friend got the burrito. Both were amazing. Prices were fair and we enjoyed sitting in this cute restaraunt.
I love this family owned gem in the east village. Very IYKYK spot. I love the shrimp in chipotle sauce and the pork in salsa verde. The burritos come correct and are nice and LARGE.
This place is amazing, a real New York gem. I was heartbroken when they closed and so happy to see them open again. The guy at the counter is always nice. But please, good God, please give to-stay customers real silverware instead of that plastic stuff that melts when you try to use it, and that you have to throw in the trash right away…
