I had to repeate myselfFor her to understand me. She's a horrible manager and doesn't do her job. I was talking worth my calm low voice. She just finds an excuse not to jiat8fy the price of the umbrella. This is not my first time me coming here and being miss treated. I bought food here before a food tasted nasty wasn't worth yhe price of the food and they didn't do anything about it.

this Duane Reade is the best one in the city. It is clean well stocked and the pharmacists are exceptional. The pharmacist are responsive, accurate, and extremely efficient. Highly recommend and I am a doctor, so I appreciate this kind of patient oriented care.

Came here for my covid booster shot early on a Saturday morning. It was an easy and painless process to schedule my vaccine appointment online, and the staff at the pharmacy were polite and efficient. They have several chairs and a waiting area for customers/patients, so you can sit while you wait.

The staff was polite and quick. When I was ringing up my order, the cashier told me about a sale they had on the items I purchased. That I would be saving money if I bought one more item. Unfortunately, the store didn't have more in stock so, I couldn't take advantage of the promotion. The store does have quite a few sales that weren't listed on the flyer.

Probably best customer service from pharmacy personnel I've experienced in NYC. Serena is amazing & goes above and beyond for customers. The absolute worst, by far, are CVS pharmacies! If you call and get put on hold, you can expect an hour wait IF anyone bothers to take the call.
