Met the owner....he is such a down to earth person. the cookies are amazing. I love ❤️ the two that I had and would definitely be getting some more for the holidays.

I’ve ordered cookies from a lot of different cookies across the US and Duchess Cookies is by far one of my favorites.They have consistent quality and every cookie I have tried is delicious. The cookies are fresh, soft, tasty and there are so many fun flavors to choose from. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to order again!

Some of the best cookies I ever tasted. Me and some work colleagues accidentally walked a mile to the factory instead of the actual cookie store on accident. instead of turning us around the owner came out, gave us a tour of the factory and gave us cookies and a story about how they got started. It was an amazing gesture, I recommend these cookies and they have the best business opportunity if you’re interested in opening a store yourself great people great service great cookies.

The kindest people you’ll ever meet! Met one of the owners and he told us his story, and gave us free cookies! The cookies are phenomenal as well! 10/10! Will be coming back next time I’m in NYC!

Terrible buisness. terrible customer service. Terrible cookies. Save your money. We bought the cookies at the Roosevelt Field mall location. I bough six to take home and spent close to $30. We were really disappointed with 5 out of the 6 cookies we bought.They all looked so good and I have been following on Social media for a long time. The cookie monster had a big air pocket in it, it was also very under baked. The galaxy was dry and over baked. the italian rainbow cookie was really really raw inside and the coating chocolate was flavorless, last but not least the triple chocolate only one chip in the entire cookie. We contacted customer service and it's been two weeks and no replacement as they promised.

Ronkonkoma factory has excellent customer service and an extremely nice guy working there, the company is lucky to have someone who cares so much working for them. The cookies were out of this world, Nutella one is heavenly??

I ordered 4 cookie monsters cookies and two chocolate chip cookies. My package arrived on the perfect time also I appreciate the customer service as it was very helpful. Cookies were very attractive and adorable looking but giving it a three star review because they were quite tasteless. The chocolate chip cookie had a very bland taste and tasted nothing like an OG chocolate chip cookie. The cookie monster was alright yet the flavor definitely can be improved but overall not bad!

Average cookies not worth the price $5.50 for the caramel stuffed (no flavor at all the snickerdoodle base wasn't good), $4.50 for red velvet (this one was a lot better then the snickerdoodle, more flavor and liked the filling) Overall probably won't go back almost $10 for two meh cookies

The plainview store front in adorable and well designed. The cookies on the other hand might be the worst dessert I have ever had. The cookie had zero taste please don’t waste your time or money there. I believe I got chocolate chip and the Cookie Monster one. YUCK

Duchess cookies in Oceanside NY is amazing. There cookies were so delicious we went back the next week and bought 7 more cookies. Our favorites are all the flavors with peanut butter, Oreo, chocolate chip. I could eat the peanut butter and jelly cookie ever day. Yummy
