Nice place, small menu but great service and food! Went with two friends and shared all the food. We had collard greens, the ribs, goat neck and dirty rice. All the food came quickly and was great. Music wasn't too loud either. Although the place can get cramped. Note, the restaurant can be difficult to spot from the sidewalk. Very easy to get to from the 1st avenue L train stop.
This restaurant is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. when I feel like having a fair lunch, this is the place that comes straight to my mind. superb and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.generous staff, and good ambience. Also important, the cost is decent. I praise this spot with pleasure.
Stopped in to kill some time and grab a bite before a work event. The simple rustic aesthetic and friendly staff drew me in and the tasty avocado toast and black tea gave me reasons of plenty to return! This spot is cozy, comfy and serves delicious options for brunch. They also have a decent looking cocktail menu.
