Overall I love Dudleys. Food is always delightful and service is always amazing... Though my most recent experience left me feeling uncomfortable. I am EpiPen level allergic to dogs thus when I was seated right next to a table with a dog walking between the two tables I asked to be moved. To the host credit she understood and moved my party. Though while eating another lady was sat next to me with her dog, with the dog half on the table. If I was moved because of my allergy then that should have been communicated. The inside dinning was not packed there were originally 3 inside tables (including mine) being used. At that point I asked for the remaining of our food to be boxed up and I left.
I had a lovely dinner with myself to celebrate my birthday. The tagliatelle ragu was delish as was the calamari appetizer. It was comfortable and the service very kind and attentive. Great atmosphere. Loved the tea lights as a nice touch. Only comment is I was in the corner and it was a little dim on lighting so I had to use my flashlight to read menu but this was not a big deal. My server Tré was amazing. Thank you Dudley's!
We have been several times on the restaurant, getting lunch and brunch. Today the experience was awful! The service was incredibly bad, first we wait for 15 minutes until somebody showed up, anybody did, so I approached to the host to request another table with more sun light (she was kind and helpful). We move to the other table and wait 10 minutes for the water. We ordered some drinks(capuccino and hot chai latte), drinks don't take too long but the chai tea came as ICE chai latte, we didn't make a big deal. After that, the server took the order with my husband and he was very clear that we want to make two courses, for the first course we ordered banana toast, shrimp linguini and bennedict eggs, and second course, hotcakes WITH BERRIES (the server asked if we want to includ berries, he said yes), a shrimp linguini and a roast chicken with fries; the first course arrived without complain, everything was good, in the second course, the berries didn't arrive and the WHOLE CHICKEN also, and the attitude of the server was: oh, I didnt get it. Just like that, and my husband double checked the order when he was taking it. It took 25 minutes to the chicken arrive; after that we asked for the check and left 20% of tip. We did it because we also work in the industry, we know what is taking care of the people and we try to be as good guest as we can. We also know that is not the fault of all the crew and the Tip pool is getting affected for this kind of servers that doesn't care about the service, for that reason we tipped. Btw, the server was a guy with glasses, didn't get the name. Otherwise, the food is like always, incredible, and the price is very good.
Gotta love a place that serves brunch until 3:45pm! Best vibe, and our servers were terrific. Biggie Bkfst and Avocado Toast got it done. Lovely espresso to boot. Always worth the trek to the LES to visit Dudley's, especially when there's a new show at ICP (International Center for Photography).
Great food and service! Great deal for quality food. Our dessert took awhile to come out and the manager comped it for us!
Hot cakes amazing Lady had the eggs bendict with smoke salmon amazing I really loved the Rotisseary chicken it came with a soup sauce that was amazing. This is must go spot for the atmosphere alone.
Food was great overall. Over medium eggs were a tad overcooked but tasty. Hash browns were odd, like, pre-packaged frozen odd. My wife had the ricotta pancakes and she said they were outstanding. Somehow my wife's latte was overlooked but the manager made it right by comping our drinks.
The restaurant was very loud but very nice! My friend and I both ordered steak frites and unfortunately the steak was not at all warm or hot when it came out.
First time at Dudley's watched so many good reviews about it on tik tok so I wanted to check it out . I have to say me and my boyfriend had the best time and can't wait to go back already ! I highly recommend truffle fries and the salmon eggs and the deck was amazing as well & drinks were good too. Only critique I have is that it is small and very loud loud but other than that, a great experience
Dudley's is a great little treasure on the LES in Manhattan. The interior is cosy and cute. I had a Mint to Be cocktail with gin base that was excellent, followed by the Brussels sprouts and Black Truffle tagliatelle. Both food items were delicious. I'd also had breakfast at Dudley's a few days before which was also excellent!

We wanted to eat somewhere close to the Tenement Museum, and we picked this. Lovely atmosphere in here. I had the crispy rice salad, and my companion and I split the banana bread. Both were delicious! It looks like a great bar to sit at as well. Servers were attentive but not overbearing.
An extremely unpleasant experience with the waitress Margaret R this afternoon during our lunch. She spoiled our New York experience as a tourist.
Very rude and impatient from the start from order taking to the dining experience and even payment. She made us very uncomfortable with her rude tone and kept coming to our table to clear our plates multiple times when we were not done with our food yet. She was also very dishonest as we found out she charged us $55.52, a higher amount when we received our bank notification.
We did not agree to tip her for her poor service but she charged us for tips without us knowing. Her action is so unethical and totally not acceptable.
You have a very dishonest staff that had tarnished your restaurant's reputation.
*HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED*

I love this place. Amazing food and lively ambience. We sat in the street side area and enjoyed a nice lunch. I would recommend their fried chicken sandwich along with a nice selection of on tap beers.
