Wheelchair accessibility: Ease of access. Both in & out of the store. Isle's aren't a problem either. Everything is visible. And staff is always willing to help those "who really need it". (It's like walking into heaven's deli).
I've been buying snacks here for over year and thought it was a nice place. until today I had my hands full and accidentally dropped my cash on the counter. The guy I guess thought I was being rude or something that by accidentally dropping the cash he lectured me and wouldn't let me justify my self . He then proceeded to call me a f**cking dick head as I walked out. I didn't mean to do anything and I'm only a child. Do not recommend.

5 stars because I can't complain. It's that simple. I believe if you satisfy the need and fulfill the service you are being paid for, you deserve atleast 4-5 stars. That being said, I've ordered from here a few times (on the phone, which the guy who picks up is usually polite and courteous, ) and on Uber Eats, and I can't say I've had a negative experience yet. Attached is a photo of the meat lovers sandwich, which is delicious and even tastes good reheated, and a special Turkey sandwich, absolutely delicious. Delivery was fast, and they don't mess up orders. Much love, order from here, it's good.

Cost more for items you would pay alot lessFor in nearby stores...you really paying for the convince of that store being open thru out the night ..duke wasn't my 1st choice because of the High prices ..all the other stores on the same block was close ..even though they claim to be open 24hours like Duke Ellington...I rather not go again unless my fridge & cabinets ws completely empty..that late at night ..the neighborhood isn't safe and rices to high
