Such wonderful, warm, comforting food. The noodles look like Vietnamese bun but had the texture of Japanese udon — soft, chewy, and a perfect bite. The broth was clear! Peppery and slightly tangy — I added chili oil and vinegar to the soup to give it a little kick.

Really solid spot in a location known for mostly chain restaurants. Definitely coming back for lunch!

Beef flank noodles: 8.7
This is a great restaurant to try food from the regions of China known for spice. The location is nicely decorated and a convenient spot.
Their noodles are the centerpiece, and they have different presentations of them. I got the beef noodle soup, some saliva chicken, and a dessert of sticky rice.
Everything came out promptly for lunch. The chicken was probably spicier than the beef noodle soup, and it immediately cleared my sinuses. The peanuts were a nice addition...
Small place with excellent food and excellent service. I had the Spicy Oil Spill Noodles, which was one of the few options available to me as someone who does not eat meat. But even deciding between my two options was difficult.

The noodles were great and I also thoroughly enjoyed the kelp appetizer. I ate everything even though I was full because it was too good to waste.

Very much recommend.
