Mixed feelings. The barista did not call from the sticker. So people were a little confused on whose order was whose. They did however, notice that they had given us the wrong drink when I had ordered a decaf coffee. So they corrected that mistake. But, I think that there’s an opportunity for them to have been, more welcoming, perhaps more efficient, etc.

I love dunkin but this place IS RACIST! Well 1 guy specifically because the lady seemed nice and even smiled at me. I hate playing the race card or homophobic card but it had to be one or the other! This white woman goes in with 3 dogs, not the hypo allergy types either (keep that in mind) and the guy helps her take her order and makes drink. I had my order placed online so I can grab and go since I have a dog. He looks at me and tells me I have to leave because I have a dog and dogs aren't allowed. Cool so the white lady must leave too since she has more dogs than me. Literally fighting with me about my dog yet this woman had 3. Truly uncalled for and I felt super annoyed and uncomfortable!!

The worst Dunkin in the downtown area. They don't cook anything properly, they forget items in your order, etc. It's the closest location to my office, so I ordered a coffee on the app yesterday thinking they couldn't screw that up. Wrong! They poured me tea instead. There were no customers there and only one other online order. They don't do ANYthing right.

Love the atmosphere at the Dunkin on 172 Water st. The workers are kind and very attentive with customers orders. You smile at them and they smile at you and I appreciate that. A smile goes a long way. I love this Dunkin and I'm happy to have them by my office space.
This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever had to deal with, unfortunately its around the corner from my office. They are supposed to open at 5am and never ever open on time. When they do open there is never any coffee ready and have to wait for them to brew a pot of decaf. They are rude, slow and just don't care. I wish I liked Starbucks because I would never visit this Dunkin again. Horrible, horrible store.
