They put the cooked bacon on top of the uncooked. Thinking I wouldn't notice. I noticed.

Charges $1.50 for a cup of tap water - as a DD stockholder this seems a bit extreme.

Staff always remembers my drinks. Great service

there's price gouging because of the location right next to the subway. their prices are $1.50 more expensive than the dunkin 3 blocks away. a medium iced coffee for $6 is criminal for a fast food chain. avoid this location like the plague

Order a small skim milk iced latte on mobile and fifteen minutes later it's not there. Ask them about it and the guy goes to make me one. They barely give me an espresso shot and then this woman takes it back over to the milk machine to fill it up and puts in cream. I'm yelling at her over the counter, no, it's skim milk and that's plenty of milk. She just hands me this cup of Elmer's glue with no coffee and goes back to the register. I threw it away.

Worst location I've been to.

This is why i am always skeptical when buying coffee at Dunking donuts. They made me a fresh cup of decalf, i waited 10 minutes and i could see the excess of water and little grounded beans being used. When the cup was given to me it was watery. Told the manager to please hace a sip of the fresh coffee and he offered to remake the whole container. Again i could see clear water being poured into the container and a questionable amount of grounded beans. This time it was more watered down. I just left with my watered down coffee. Dunking donuts as a franchise is the problem. As owners of stores look for ways to cut cost they use less beans. Donuts and Bagels are ok, i would not recommend the decalf at all.

I ordered a $5 meal deal online, clearly specifying no bacon and only egg. However, when I received it, there was bacon on it. The coffee was also transferred from another cup, and they tried to stick a label from a different cup on mine. The staff's attitude was off—when I told the guy about the bacon and cheese, he seemed annoyed, almost like I was asking for something for free. It was the worst experience I’ve had.

Small place, but that's how NYC likes it. I was waiting in line and an Indian looking woman stepped in front of me and the Indian looking cashier took her order. Again, I was standing in line denoting that I was in the proper place. I was about to spazz, but said no because I wouldn't be returning at THIS location again.
