Days in a row I got the wrong items from the store first day. Everything was broken open just got a delivery today or the jelly donut order the Boston cream or regular coffee. I got iced coffee ordered vanilla bean never received it. People should stay away from the store on Broadway.

I ordered a hot tea and the guy had to remake a drink 4 times because he can't read the sticker and keeps pouring coffee or puts the wrong milk. It's very upsetting when then have people that can't speak to you or read a simple sticker and get your order wrong so many times. The store loses money because I saw him throw away 3 cups of coffee/tea because they messed up. God forbid someone is allergic to something they would kill someone.

I came in at 9:49am, ordered 4 bagel bites (2 orders of it for 4 total bites)
I wait until 10:10 a.m. until they finally asked me what I'm here for twice and they said that I already picked it up. I didn't because if I picked it up I would not be here waiting in the store.
I assume that they probably put it in someone else's bag but I will definitely not be coming back here again.

I was there last Thursday morning and the person had the door closed was in the back probably sleeping while I was knocking on the door other time place said is open 24 hours I get there is closed.
