I wish I could give a -1 for the awful awful service, never coming back ever again.

I have to say that this location is pretty busy. But once you become a regular they know exactly how you like it and how you want it. Mobile orders are pretty quick as well. For those who complain about the price, it’s downtown Manhattan. Don’t expect the same price for outside Manhattan. Their coffee is on point and always fresh. The staff are always providing service with a smile.

This place has changed ALOT it must be new management!!! How do you work at dunkin donuts and always nasty to customers!! today was it for me I will be going to the location on chambers before I catch a case for dragging someones face into those donuts.. I dont pay for horrible

My gratitude goes out to the entire team of Credit Solution services. Someone left information (CREDITSOLUTION63 at GMAIL dot COM) under a comment section on helping to repair credit. I was interested in knowing more and if the credit team still does this. I come here often and mobile order because it’s directly across from my work place. Terrible. They do not know how to make drinks! Everytime I order the drink is disgusting and this is for different drinks because I like to try the seasonal offerings. I gave them one last chance this morning and yup again the drink is disgusting taste and texture is gritty. I’d rather pay more and go to Starbucks where I know I’ll actually enjoy what I get vs wasting money on something that I won’t finish. Food is bad too I’ve tried a grilled cheese and the bread was hot but not toasted how is that even possible. Won’t be going back.Update: as I was pouting my drink out I realized that it wasn’t even what I ordered. It was mocha as I saw all the sauce that was settled at the bottom and what i ordered was nothing close to mocha. So if you have any allergies or restrictions be aware they may give you something completely different from what you ordered and they won’t tell you! Why not ask the customer what they want if they’re out of something instead of just making whatever!

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Tap machine wasn’t working and she refused to use a different machine and when I showed her it wasn’t working she looked away and pretended I wasn’t speaking to her
