The worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I ordered ahead and still had to wait, mind you there were 3 other employees working. They don’t read the cup correctly at all, paying almost 12 dollars for my order and it was nasty is completely unacceptable!!!!!!

At this Dunkin’ staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to accommodate me. Today, I ordered a drink that I wasn’t totally happy with, and when I asked to change the flavor, a really nice young man remade it for me without charging extra. It was very kind of him! Every time I visit, the food is always hot and delicious, and the coffee is smooth and tasty.

I live upstairs from this Dunkin and you would think it would be convenient, but it is more of the most problematic Dunkins I have ever been too. I’ve been there only a handful of times and majority of the time they get the order wrong and then argue with you about the order you wanted. Example• orders and iced coffee and they refused to add more cream. Another incident they added to much cream and wouldn’t add more coffee. Yesterday my daughter orders a pint of ice cream to be given 4 scoops of ice cream in a pint and told to go on her way. This store only steals from its customers. If they can get negative reviews, they would have all of them.

Convenient location, but rather small. Seats are few and get filled up quickly. I don't order much, but my order has been wrong a few times (one time I ordered an iced tea lemonade, but got a cup of straight lemonade). Other than that, it's a Dunkin, not much else to it.

Quite possibly the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Burnt and inedible. Flies everywhere. The people working were not kind and seemed irritated that people were trying to order.
I usually go here and deal with the issues of the orders being wrong but today the server was very rude to my son and told him that there weren't any donuts and that he would have to figure it out and walked away. I now lost 12 dollers and I can reach no one at the store. Ridiculous. I will no longer be ordering here.

The oatmilk at this establishment is awful. The oatmilk tastes sour and rancid. I normally take my coffee plain with oatmilk. Very simple coffee. The first time I ordered coffee here with oatmilk it made my stomach hurt. I thought the second time around this establishment could redeem themselves. Today, the oatmilk was chunky in my coffee and I asked the worker if she can fix it. She took long behind the counter for a simple task which tells me that she also knows that the oatmilk didn't look right. Never again.
