I once received their $6 meal deal with one slice of bread, I often have tell them to wear gloves or utilize paper to grab my donuts, and just like another review I’ve ordered over the app just to arrive and once the store was closed another time it just simply was not made.

This is the second time in recent weeks that I have used the mobile app to place an order for pickup, only to arrive and find the store closed with the lights off, despite it being within operating hours. My routine is tightly scheduled, and I rely on the convenience of your app to save time. However, this recurring issue has not only wasted my limited time but has also left me without the coffee I prepaid for. The lack of reliable service at this location is unacceptable and demonstrates a significant failure in your brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, my attempts to resolve the issue and seek a refund for my missing order have been met with an incredibly slow and cumbersome online customer service process. The prospect of not being reimbursed for my money or receiving my loyalty points is a serious concern and adds insult to injury. The combination of unreliable store hours and poor customer service reflects a systemic problem that needs immediate attention. As a regular customer, I cannot in good conscience continue to support a business that consistently fails to meet basic expectations. If these issues are not addressed promptly and effectively, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and will advise my constituents to do the same. Ordered breakfast from here and it was terrible. The hash browns were cold! HOW?! Every Dunkin’ I’ve been to always served me hot hash browns, this is the only Dunkin’ that I got cold, and when I say cold, I mean COLD. When I told the employee, he goes “he’s too busy to reheat them”. You should’ve heated them right in the first place! That tells you they don’t even follow the protocol for making food, which is extremely suspicious because that screams health code violations. The medium iced coffee was $5, and if you want less ice, they charge you for it, but if you order the regular, they put so much ice in it that you only get 3-4 sips. I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location, and it's not the first time. I ordered the midnight coffee, but the barista handed me the regular blend, assuming I wasn't paying attention. When I asked about what he was giving me, he claimed it was the midnight blend. I told him I noticed which one he was serving, and he stated that he didn't have the midnight blend ready.
After several negative experiences at this location, I’ve decided not to return. I also requested a refund, and they returned my money in cash instead of processing a refund to my card.

These guys always make my mobile order super fast and are friendly. They have become my, “oops I forgot breakfast but have literally only 5 min before the train comes” spot because they’re that consistent! There’s homeless/less fortunate folks posted up around here but that’s a larger issue, nothing this location can/should do about that but they handle any confrontational situations as peacefully and gracefully as they can and have a system to be sure your pickup items are not taken (they confirm your name upon pickup vs places like Sweetgreen that just leave them on a shelf). It’s fast food - so it’s consistent with all other Dunkins. Food is always hot (the hash browns and wake-up wraps are fire), and drinks are properly made to direction or alterations.
Thank you guys for getting me caffeinated some desperate mornings!

The late night employee seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Every time I come to this location, it’s always the same miserable kid, making excuses that he’s on break or that the store is closed, when the sign clearly says open 24 hours. Today he charged me for an extra shot of espresso when I did not ask for it. Then instead of taking off the charge, he said he’ll add more ice; how is that supposed to fix his mistake?
