Now, normally I am usually patient with this location, but today was just horrible. From them telling me I didn't order an item, but I had the receipt in hand, to one of the ladies preparing the food dropped something on the ground and going back to preparing food, and getting an attitude when several people asked her to change gloves, to the young lady at the register yelling at customers simply trying to get their order. Yes, I can make food at home, but because I wanted something quick, I chose to grab some DD.
I get that people/customers can be obnoxious and rude, but this time it was the staff.

I waited 10 minutes on line. The place was not crowded. Just 3 people ahead of me. And 3 workers behind the register. Not one worker asked to help take my order. Just let me stand there on line waiting. The line in t the store became long at this point. When the Muslim lady with glasses asked to take my order she was not pleasant. I asked for an old fashion donut. She looked confused and said we don't have that. She didn't ask if I wanted to try anything else nor did she make any suggestions. There was no apology for me waiting so long to place my order. Customer service is horrible.

Horrible customer service. Charged me twice and told me to check my bank card and when I showed them the charge on my card they said it wasn’t true. They just kept saying it was declined when it obviously wasn’t. Don’t go here. They steal your money.

I placed an order around 3:30 AM on August 3rd for two sausage, egg, and cheese burgers with sweet black pepper snackin’ bacon on the side, and the toast level of the buns was absolutely perfect. I want to give the person who toasted those buns this morning the “New York City Award for Perfect Bun Toasting.” It was honestly the most perfect burger I’ve ever had. I mean it.

Worst customer service ever. I had a medical emergency while in the store and almost passed out but the workers showed no care at all. They showed a complete disregard of customers and just stood there looking at me until i could get myself up. They never bothered checking on me, I’m so disappointed and will never go to that store again.

My first time in NY. The prices were reasonable but the cashier could barely understand English and I was struggling to understand her as well. The service was ok but the there was very little selection to choose from. Can't say if given the opportunity I'd go again due to the reasons above.
The workers are races and rude just because I told them to add creamer to my drink. I was very disappointed and disgusted with their service.

Terrible and incompetent. They have no idea how to use the QR code in the app. They charged me, then told me that I couldn't have the drink that I ordered. Then made me wait over 10 minutes telling me that I had to wait for a refund to my card, which never came. I asked why I couldn't just have another flavor of the same drink since they already charged me. They told me I had to wait 30 minutes for a refund, which is crazy (and never came). I asked why I couldn't just get a drink since I had already been charged and eventually they give me a completely different kind of drink in a smaller size?!
And the cashier had the nerve to have an attitude with me after he already scanned my barcode and it charged me within the app?!?!

I usually don't get it when people base their reviews on staff behavior and customer service but damn now I get it. Let me preface and also say I was already just tolerating this place because some of the food I had gotten here previously was tasting less flavorful than what I've gotten at together places, like the turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. But the main issue is these people are extremely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Would usually stop here before going to work, but not anymore. I made an order and the lady literally got it wrong and added something I told her to take out. When I came back and showed her that the receipt had the wrong order, she says "THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAID". Fully yells at me. A normal person would try to correct the order but instead she just yells. Crazy thing too is when I was ordering she did that thing where you repeat what someone says to make sure you correctly heard what they said. So I have a feeling she purposefully misordered just to get more money out of me. I've actually watched other customers in front of me double check their orders after seeing that their total was a little higher and noticing that the workers just added things that were not ordered so it seems like cheating people out of their money is something they just like to do. I had to hold myself from responding to the lady's yelling because I would have lost my mind so just calmly walked away and left her to look like a fool. Absolutely disrespectful and unbelievable. Not spending my money there ever again.
