I went to Dunkin Donuts recently with the kids I watch over and they messed up my order. One of the wake up wraps I ordered had cheese and one of the kids I watch over can't have dairy. Honestly for the money I spent they should get my order right.

Horrible service every time I’ve been. Today was my last straw as my drink was made wrong and they insisted it was correct, then tried to say it wasn’t my order and refused to remake it. Will be making the longer walk to another Dunkin on my next trip as proximity is not worth paying for a drink to be made wrong.

Now, normally I am usually patient with this location, but today was just horrible. From them telling me I didn't order an item, but I had the receipt in hand, to one of the ladies preparing the food dropped something on the ground and going back to preparing food, and getting an attitude when several people asked her to change gloves, to the young lady at the register yelling at customers simply trying to get their order. Yes, I can make food at home, but because I wanted something quick, I chose to grab some DD.
I get that people/customers can be obnoxious and rude, but this time it was the staff.

I waited 10 minutes on line. The place was not crowded. Just 3 people ahead of me. And 3 workers behind the register. Not one worker asked to help take my order. Just let me stand there on line waiting. The line in t the store became long at this point. When the Muslim lady with glasses asked to take my order she was not pleasant. I asked for an old fashion donut. She looked confused and said we don't have that. She didn't ask if I wanted to try anything else nor did she make any suggestions. There was no apology for me waiting so long to place my order. Customer service is horrible.

Horrible customer service. Charged me twice and told me to check my bank card and when I showed them the charge on my card they said it wasn’t true. They just kept saying it was declined when it obviously wasn’t. Don’t go here. They steal your money.

I placed an order around 3:30 AM on August 3rd for two sausage, egg, and cheese burgers with sweet black pepper snackin’ bacon on the side, and the toast level of the buns was absolutely perfect. I want to give the person who toasted those buns this morning the “New York City Award for Perfect Bun Toasting.” It was honestly the most perfect burger I’ve ever had. I mean it.

Worst customer service ever. I had a medical emergency while in the store and almost passed out but the workers showed no care at all. They showed a complete disregard of customers and just stood there looking at me until i could get myself up. They never bothered checking on me, I’m so disappointed and will never go to that store again.

My first time in NY. The prices were reasonable but the cashier could barely understand English and I was struggling to understand her as well. The service was ok but the there was very little selection to choose from. Can't say if given the opportunity I'd go again due to the reasons above.
