This place is disgusting. This is the THIRD time I got a bagel in the morning that is a day old.I eat from Dunkin’ Donuts all over Manhattan everyday.The first time I came to this location I threw my bagel out because it felt like my tooth would fall out if I ate it.The second time I asked them to give me a new bagel because the bagel is old. And they did.TODAY I asked in advance to make sure my bagel is not old. And they still gave me an old bagel. And the manager argued with me saying the bagel is fresh.. when it is clearly not.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Harlem their customer service is horrible.. placed a mobile order showed them the receipt but because their machine was not on or broken on their end they refused me service for something I paid for.. save yourself the trouble and don’t go to this one there are plenty of other Dunkin’s on 125th where u can get better service..

So! This morning I ordered a Small Midnight coffee, paid for the coffee, even tipped the cashier, coffee never came. Waited for at least 15 minutes, maybe even 20, coffee never came.Went back to the same cashier, asked if it was okay for her to just refund me for the coffee, as I needed to move on, she offered to make the coffee right then and there.I told her no, that's okay, would rather just get my money and move on. She tells me that a refund is not possible.I mean, yes it is lol Just give me my money back, it really should be that simple.I ask to speak to the manager, who comes over and promptly refunds my $4.00 (coffee + the tip) and after 20 minutes waiting, I leave without a coffee.I like Starbucks coffee too :)

What can I say, the service is average, the food is average, and the atmosphere is average. I agree with other reviews stating that the food or cleanliness could be better. I noticed that the customer standing tables were a little dirty. However, I do have to give them credit for being efficient and accurate in getting orders correct.

It‘s a Dunkin! They refuse to fill my mug so they always hand me the coffee and I have to throw away the cup immediately, which is annoying.
I arrived here 9pm they close 11pm they had no food no coffee!

Every one around me, understood what I was saying.A co worker of mine, said the same thing. She tried the breakfast sandwich. She had to take it back, because, one it wasn’t the right order, two, when she received the right order. Half of it was cold.I wouldn’t even give this place a star. Negative 10, would be more like it
