Horrible service. Took my order and told me they cannot make my frozen mocha order when I just saw them make one for another customer. Told me they had no more “syrup” to make the drink I want & when I asked if it’s the chocolate they ran out of, they said “no you don’t understand. We don’t have syrup”. I didn’t care about whatever syrup they were talking about because frozen mocha pretty much only needs espresso, milk, chocolate and ice. I’m a barista myself so I had no clue what they were talking about but that guy mansplained me like I was dumb for ordering a frozen mocha.
The egg & cheese was also cold even though it was just made.

Henry is a fabulous new addition to the Dunkin’ Donuts on 27th Street and 2nd Avenue! My daughter and I stop by almost every other day, and he never misses a beat—he knows our order by heart and starts preparing it the moment we walk in. His warm smile and positive energy always brighten our day.
You can tell Henry is a dedicated and hardworking team member. While all the employees at this location are friendly and welcoming, Henry truly stands out. His attention to detail, kindness, and consistency make every visit a pleasure. We genuinely look forward to seeing him each time we come in.

It’s obvious that they haven’t cleaned the place in a while. I was waiting for my order (slow service btw), and on the windowsill I saw a cockroach on its back squirming around erratically. It was so disgusting, and that was not a small roach!!
