I asked the lady to make my latte warm, not too hot so I’m able to drink it right away but she did not do that so I burned my tongue. And I asked for extra caramel and she only put one pump(I saw her). DO NOT COME HERE. I asked did she put extra and she lied saying yes.

Ordered a cake for pick up on Saturday, the store says it’s open until six, but it was closed five with no one answering the phone…Apparently the staff is too lazy to just close one hour earlier while knowing they have an order unfulfilled…Would not recommend buying any cakes from them. Completely unprofessional

I had ice cream, pralines and cream and it was delicious. The service left a bit to be desired. The man was somewhat abrasive but ice cream was great.

I ordered ahead on the app. One of the workers tried to make me take an unidentified cup saying "I think it's yours, taste it." I have food allergies, I'm not going to drink/eat something when I don't know what it is. He got mad, took it behind the coffee machine for .2 seconds and gave it back saying it's my new order. He didn't go near the flavor pumps which was in my order. I left with it to avoid further frustration but when I got outside l, I dumped it. Won't be going back
