Walked in to get a donut and was pleased to get a very friendly vibe by Mr. Sadman. Super chill service. Will definitely stop by more often. I honestly don't know what the other reviews are talking about when they say "rude staff". They must have gone away or something. 1000/10
The staff at this location really donât care at all about the food and drinks they give to customers and they cheap out every chance they get.Today, i ordered a cold brew through the DD app. When i went into the store i saw the barista making it pouring from the Original Blend Iced Coffee tap. He handed it to me and I said âI donât think this is mine, i ordered Cold Brewâ. He replied with âthis is cold brewâ and I had to point out to him that he blatantly used the wrong tap. He begrudgingly made me another drink from the correct tap and the other barista who was watching was laughing the whole time because she obviously knew he did it on purpose and got caught. It seems like they donât like the fact that DD corporate is offering $3 Cold Brew and they are trying to skimp out on giving the premium, longer to make product (i worked at dunkin for a year so I know the difference).Avoid this place, there are a ton of other great cafes in the area.

They put something in peoples drinks to cause them to cough and cause respiratory problems. be careful. even a slightest communication will push them to put something in your drink. I just started coughing very bad after drinking mine. i always order matcha iced latte, the guy kept asking, chai or whatever. i never get to asked this type of questions, i told him im not sure what that is i want a iced matcha latte, this is what i say everytime i order. he was mad weird, looked intimidated... they let the government play with them so be careful. once you start to cough do not drink that drink.

This shop is horrible and run by the rudest staff. But who cares, youâre in NY where youâre just a nuisance. Avoid their cold brew at all cost. Itâs terrible and they donât even know how to prepare it properly. At at over $6 for a large it felt like a rip off but again thatâs NYC. A rip offâŠ
