I despise the service in the mornings, but I still visit because it’s 24/7. However, today was the last time I’ll be there. Three other customers and I were waiting at the outside window when we witnessed an employee drop a full order of hash browns on the floor. He picked them all up and then placed them in the bags. Check the security cameras at 12/3/25 at 4:50 am. When we tried to comfort the employee, he acted as if he had no idea what we were talking about.

Horrible location. Did a UberEats order, as in the picture that is how they packed it. No way could've the delivery guy had flipped the drinks because the bag was sealed without any space for it to do so. I spent around $60-$70 on the order to get my stuff like that was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never recommend this location.

It’s a shame how rude and nasty these people are. I walk in and say good morning the lady just look at me like I’m stupid. I said it again and no response. I made my order and the dude come out and I asked him for a bag because this chick was being stupid then he want to have a attitude. Smh I’m done
10/29/25 I said let me try again to get a coffee for my coworker this morning at 3:43 AM. The man is looking at me with a toothpick in his mouth playing with it don’t even come to the window to take my order. I just left this Dunkin’ Donuts is ridiculous and need to close down or hire some professional people.

Man working has an issue with withholding information. I ask him if I can get half and half with my coffee. He shakes his head. Doesn’t say a thing. I ask if that means no, and he just keeps going. Then he gives me my change. Reciept says 15$.. He gave me $10.. Then he says he didn’t ring me up for donut that’s why.. A donut isn’t $5 at dunkin, not even in this economy. Then he gave me 2$ and some change back.
The food was good and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend next time
