Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It had almost no cream cheese. The amount was like they had spread it with a pat of butter. Cream cheese needs to be 10X as much.

The people who works there, very rude even when I wasn’t acting rude to them, the Indian lady make first two orders before mine just because she wanted it no reason at all, and basically I asked for the same thing as the other two. Dunkin’ needs to train their employees or at less hired nice people.

The worker gave me great attention and good service, he was always friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed.
Only one cashier for two machines. The lady taking my order was rude, rushing and made mistakes trying to keep up with both cash registers. What a shame. 12/4/24- manager #141254.

Probably the best dunkin I’ve been to in NYC. Love the vintage posters and decor. You can tell they put effort in to make the place look nice. They have a good amount of seating here as well!They even have an ATM.

Check your orders! This location always messes up my orders. I got a regular latte when I ordered a matcha and was rushing to work so didn't take a sip or look until I was on the bus. The following time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was given a bagel with sausage and cheese. Not what I ordered and not what I paid for! Idk why this location is always messing up but be advised.
