Does not make Cereal N’ Milk Lattes correctly - left is one I ordered from another DD the day before (with Espresso, as advertised), right is this store (no Espresso). Now I’m still sleepy and out $6 for no reason.

I have been avoiding Dunkin' since I tried it for the first time in 2013 during my first visit to New York. Too weak. But the coffee at the Starbucks nearby was awful (it tasted burnt), so we risked it… What a nice surprise! Very good, strong coffee! Needless to say, this Dunkin became our everyday stop. Service was fast and efficient. Atmosphere? Well, it's just a place you pick up coffee. Nice and clean enough.

Not friendly staff, the drinks is not fresh and taste horrible. My latte was very milky no coffee taste and when they add espresso, the drinks are even worse. I have to throw it out and went to Starbucks. Horrible store. Won’t never come back again.

Ordered some bacon egg and cheese sandwiches here for my cousin, mother and aunt while visiting NYC back in 2022 since our hotel did not offer breakfast. Service and atmosphere were alright. The food was good as well. Overall an alright experience for me and my family.
