Ordered some bacon egg and cheese sandwiches here for my cousin, mother and aunt while visiting NYC back in 2022 since our hotel did not offer breakfast. Service and atmosphere were alright. The food was good as well. Overall an alright experience for me and my family.

Check your mf drinks, it’s digusting how unsanitary they are. This used to be my go to dunkin on the way to work and today i found some type of bug floating around in my coffee. HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN ITS RIDICULOUS.

This is the best Dunkin for me in the city , the staff here is very kind and is a very affordable option for a good breakfast. I would recommend the roast chicken pepper wrap with a hot cappuccino

This is the first and last time I'm coming to this Dunkin' Donuts. I placed an order, paid for it, and waited. However, despite being there before 5 to 6 other people, they received their orders before me. When I asked, they couldn't find my order. I'm unsure if it was given to someone else or simply wasn't made. The manager should pay more attention to employees who aren't doing their job properly

This is a very nice "Dunkin Donuts" it does get pretty busy though, the cashiers were quick with the customers orders, good location in the middle of the city...
I ordered bacon egg and cheese. The bagel was so hard and dry I couldn’t eat it. The ice chai latte they gave me didn’t taste like it. It tasted like very bitter coffee. I’m really not happy cause now I wasted money on something I’m not even able to

Dunkin' is like a neighbor coffee shop you can find in blocks or corners. Easy to grab a cup of hot coffee. I like to go there on Sunday morning before I head to the church.
