The worker made a huge deal in front of the whole store about me paying 68 cents for almond milk that I forgot to add during the order. Went back and paid for it, but the real kicker here is that they sold me a MOLDY pumpkin muffin. Didn’t realize until I took a big bite of it and felt it tasted weird. Took it out of the wrapper and there was green mold completely on the bottom of it. How do you not check the quality/expiration date of the food before you put it out? Dunkin’ Donuts count your days.

I experience racism at this location consistently. The morning crew here is incredibly racist and classist. They give preferential treatment to non-black customers often. And everyone in the neighborhood is aware of it.It’s a shame that we as a society strive everyday to live in a post racial society and we still have people who make it their business to further this divide.Most black customers have experienced this at this location and I watched with my eyes this morning as they continued this treatment.I hope something is done about this soon.P.S If you look at the reviews for this location, most of the negative reviews are from black and POC customers.
They thought me for a fool. I’ve ordered the Dunkings in every Dunkin’ Donuts in the city and never had a problem with it. The workers charged me for a different drink and couldn’t even make the damn Dunkings. Not only that but I made a big order and when I went to get scanned for my points the moron at the counter pressed the button before I could scan because he wasn’t paying attention. The attempt at explaining what a Dunkings was also frustrating. If Dunkin’s going to employ illegals than they should be able to understand what the customer wants.
