Extremely rude. This Dunkin’ Donuts messed up my coffee that I previously paid for and when I asked them to switch and put the swirl sweet sweetener that was on the label they refused. Horrible customer service for someone who’s been a lifelong fan of Dunkin.

#1 This place is very rude #2 They Do Not wear gloves makings food and they also Don’t let people Do the survey if you purchase anything #3 I come here everyday and spend money and everytime it’s not a satisfying Order. They close to early mostly all the donuts are gone by 12:00pm It would be helpful and nice if there could let new people work at this location and do things the right way for Dunkin’ Donuts thank you

I held a seance for Theodor Adorno at the 2nd Avenue Dunkin Donuts I held a seance for Theodor Adorno at this location. The staff were gracious hosts and the clientele smacked of radicalism. No crisis actors in sight, have to say I’m pretty impressed, Dunkin’! I reccomend the small coffee with cream and sugar. Perfect

I came in randomly for some food since I had an appointment nearby, and this is the friendliest staff. They are so welcoming and efficient. ♥️ I had all of my items in under 5 minutes.

Monica's enthusiasm was infectious and made the dozen Donuts I ordered a seamless experience. She had a lot of knowledge of what Donuts were in Stock and recommended substitutes for flavors that were out. The entire exchange was uplifting but as I collected my order Monica handed me an extra two Donuts on the house. I've never been to this location before but I'm sure to return because of the excellent service provided by Monica.
