This Dunkin’ on 104th and Amsterdam Ave delivers exactly what you’d expect from the chain — quick service, good coffee, and a reliable selection of donuts and breakfast items. The location is convenient, especially if you’re staying in the Upper West Side or heading to Columbia University. The staff is usually friendly and efficient, and even during busier hours, they manage to keep the line moving. It’s a solid spot for a grab-and-go coffee or a quick bite in the morning....

This is the best dunkin in all of NYC. This summer, I fainted in this dunkin from the heat, and the workers not only helped me and gave me food and water, but ordered me an Uber home. On their own Uber account. Then today, I was having a really bad day, and the sweetest woman gave me an extra donut. It truly made my entire day. All the workers at this Dunkin need a raise immediately.
