Not all Dunkin Donuts are created equal. That's the principle I learned today when buying a side of bacon and hashbrown bites at this Barrio location. Bites were greasy, darkened and had an off taste, like old. Bacon tasted similar.. probably won't stop here again. On the west side where I live in lower Harlem, the Dunkin' Donuts foods are always fresh!

I stop at this location in the morning when I take my daughter to school and in the afternoon when I pick her up! Both times of the day the store is busy but it doesn’t stop Smriti from being kind and even remembering my “usual” order. I always give Shahan trouble with my app points/discounts but he figures it out for me. I appreciate these kind gestures from the staff.

This post is about the Dunkin’ Donuts app I went to dunking donuts and tried to redeem my points into an iced coffee and I was actually using the Dunkin’ Donuts guest WiFi and it just made my entire 500 points disappear. This is the second time that my points disappear and I can’t recover them. The app doesn’t have an option to chat with anyone or to reach anyone if this happens. Clearly I earned those points each time I make a purchase at a Dunkin donut location and that’s about every single day and I don’t appreciate that so I’m going to stop going to Dunkin’ Donuts all together. First, sketchy treatment from the employees, then glitches on the app that you can never recover from that’s enough.

This is by far the worst Dunkin in all of Manhattan and quite possibly the state. Avoid this establishment at all costs or suffer the same fools as I.

Staff is kinda rude always seem in a rush … coffee is bitter when you ask for it light and sweet … and they always wanna tell you how to drink your coffee when you yourself know how you like your own coffee and they never have the food promotion as seen on the app or commercials oh and let’s not talk about when you want a coolata like it’s such a burden to make and they really need a guard in the front they say no dine in but it’s always filled with the K2 heads … Now this may have seemed disrespectful but I’m tired of crappy coffee oh and the perv who works in there talking to all the little girls and asking if they have boyfriends and if they want one is rude to everyone else needs to be fired we don’t need him in east Harlem or the young lady who is always rude as well this Dunkin fell real quick cause of new staff (with the light eyes)

I just ordered a frozen coffee from this place and I explained to them very clearly that I wanted a caramel frozen coffee I may be repeated it to him more than five times and even explain to him in a different way I told him I want a slushie somehow someway my coffee was done without the caramel and I was treated very poorly this is a very serious problem that you guys are in urban communities and there's nobody Urban working in your environment you guys are monopolizing and discriminating against Spanish and black people this is the six Dunkin' Donuts in New York City that I walked into and seen not one person Black Or Hispanic working

If it’s for food check your order before you go because on numerous occasions they give you something you did not want or order. I always have to throw something out like why is my green goddess wrap orange and full of meat chunks. I wanted spinach and eggs.

Ordered here twice this week and once last week. Every single time my coffee was prepared WRONG! When I complained the manager looked at me with disbelief as if I was making it up. It’s really disturbing that the come in out community and treat us like we don’t deserve professional and courteous customer service. I showed my receipt and then he had no choice but to give me a coffee. Which is what he should have offered from the beginning. I will not patronize this location moving forward due to their horrible customer service!

I mean Years......their ice cream cakes are good. Very good consistency. But for this particular location they don't write "Happy Birthday" on the cakes. Soooooooooooooo Why sell people fake plastic hopes... Is bad enough their service sucks at the BARRIO location. Now they faking the funk with the cakes.. I dont get it They are very expensive 1st of all..... Soooo people don't just want to purchase a plain ol cake...... For that their are supermarkets for that. But the young lady told me yes in the beginning...then at point of sale she told me NO.... Like get it together at this location. I'm very very disappointed ? Why have them in stock and display if one cannot commemorate on the cake to make it special. Why be sooooo expensive and presentable looking if WE the people cannot make it special.
