I stop at this location in the morning when I take my daughter to school and in the afternoon when I pick her up! Both times of the day the store is busy but it doesn’t stop Smriti from being kind and even remembering my “usual” order. I always give Shahan trouble with my app points/discounts but he figures it out for me. I appreciate these kind gestures from the staff.

Staff is kinda rude always seem in a rush … coffee is bitter when you ask for it light and sweet … and they always wanna tell you how to drink your coffee when you yourself know how you like your own coffee and they never have the food promotion as seen on the app or commercials oh and let’s not talk about when you want a coolata like it’s such a burden to make and they really need a guard in the front they say no dine in but it’s always filled with the K2 heads …...

?????????????These employees always kind and respectful. Not only do they remember my usual order, whenever I step inside, they also instantly start making them, before I’m next in line at the cash register. This is by far my NUMBER ONE favorite place to go to. They should all be promoted!
