Ordered sausage egg cheese croissant asked for senior discount. Ordered hot coffee, milk, no sugar, honey asked for a senior discount. Got a toasted croissant - dry. Got hot coffee, no honey, which was revealed o ly after I had paid. Displeased. However, I am still celebrating my return from a rather lengthy stay overseas. I'm damned happy to be home, and lousy service is just a part of the experience. WARNING: This WILL NOT happen again.

All the Dunkin Donut stores across NYC leave much to be desired, when it comes to this particular location it depends on which shift is on duty. It is never a gurantee that your order will come out correct and also that you will recieve half-way decent service. The best bet is to not patronize this location or any of the other Dunkin Donut locations for that matter.

The order was correct! However, I ordered a frozen vanilla coffee and it was not filled to the top. I paid for a full cup and it was not filled to the top. And it was not sweet enough, actually it was kind of bitter! It melted quickly.

Came in well after breakfast rush. Staff are straightforward and well-meaning. Food and drink were perfectly hot. Managed to sit in the window as I ate. Pretty good view of the street!

Poor customer service from the guy with the afro. I came in to place my order and the guy with the afro stopped and turned around to show the barista pictures on his phone and have a conversation. I waited then he finally came back to the register and when I tried again to place my order he started to talk to the guy making coffee and kept making jokes and wasting my time. He's done this before and I guess it must be accepted there.I canceled my order for the 7 people with me and we went to Starbucks.
All the Reviews are From 1yr ago. I was there around 5pm. It was Crowded. One Employee was there but he's Quick and Kind. There's a bathroom But there's not Enough chairs to the Customers. no outlet so if you want to stay here longer I guess not good place... Every month of 31st is $1 off ice cream!

Almost always empty...but in a good way. I found out recently that their Jelli donuts have a very fine powder-like sugar coat. I'd prefer a jelly donut with actually powdered sugar as a coat, or no sugar coat at all (that would be good). But this location is better than most Dunkin Donuts I have been to. Good place, with nice, decent people. What more could ever be wanted?!
