I come here usually for coffee and a sandwich but not until about a month now I’ve been getting cold uncooked food. I order chipotle wraps and they always come out cold and sloppy all over the place. There’s a new lady here that cooks them and she literally always makes my food cold. I rather just go across the street to Starbucks. The manager of this place is also the rudest person in the city. Even customers sit and bond over stories of how mean and angry he is all the time at customers.. this place is ridiculous

The standard of hygiene or lack thereof is immediately apparent. The customer service was very poor. There was a single person serving, who was uncooperative and unhelpful. On asking, there was no cutlery or coffee stirrers, which I would like the think are essential in a coffee shop of this calibre.

Terrible. People were just careless and chatting away. They gave me a totally wrong order which I discovered while far away so not going back. Not paying attention. The owner must have been away. Never going back.

At first, the manager was a little bit dismissive when I struggled with the app for 20 minutes, questioning why I was in the store for so long. He still provided service in the end but could have done so in a more polite way. The food and atmosphere were good for the money. Remember to get the combo and ask for light ice!

I had to come here just to see if the staff are a rude as said below 👇 I can confirm even entering with a smile and being super nice not even receive eye contact was rude I wanted to try the mini hash brown I ordered this morning the lady plonked the hash rims on the shelf I said excuse me do you have ketchup? Still no eye contact and points to a pot of ketchup 😂 amazing! Thanks ! Hash browns were cold and dried BTW 😂

Had the pleasure of meeting the rude and disgusting attitude from a woman named “monir” this morning at 7:32am. Never have I met someone with such an angry and disgusting attitude. I come here every morning and usually have great service but this lady is the reason I will never be back. Her “not wanting to help attitude” her rolling of the eyes, just her whole persona could use a customer service check. It’s mot good to be mean and angry to customers when you are working in customer service industry. She got my entire order wrong because she wanted to be so angry, do better please.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Cappuccinos are overloaded with milk. Not even proper steamed milk.
They’re are purposely diluting their coffee to the point it tastes like warmed milk I don’t think they are going to stay in business much longer.
