Super rude staff. They would not prepare even what I ordered. They gave me attitude and told me just to call dunkin and get a refund. This was over a $2 donut that was part of a special In the app. They literallly fought with me over a donut horrible customer service PLEASE go somewhere else

Very sneaky cashier and manager. Always tell you the item you ordered on app is not available and offer you a lower price alternative. If you want money back, they won’t do it, and ask you call the Dunkin app. Terrible service

This place is ridiculous. Generally I order frozen coffees regularly at all DDs. Here they are rude and the freedom frozen coffee doesn't taste like there is any coffee in it. There are about 500 coffee shops next to this. I made the definite WRONG choice.
